It all started with the fact that before booking a car, we read from beginning to end all the information on their website, then contacting them with a request to book a car, they answered us, search on the website and leave a request. And so they did.We waited 12 days for a response to the request, in the end we had to write to them again, they replied: "come, book, leave a 100% prepayment and sign a contract." Well, my husband was ill for a couple of days and then there was a weekend, after 5 days he writes to them again that he wants to drive up, they tell us that all cars are booked and they will not take them. We immediately realized that they did not want to rent for 2 days, although there is information on the website that from 1 day rent. We decided to check them, I called personally, named the same dates, only not 2 days, but 5, and the manager Igor immediately answers me, yes, there are cars, drop the documents, we will draw up a contract.
After I admitted that my husband talked to him and wanted to book for 2 days, he "so be it, let him send the documents." They allegedly checked all documents for fines and debts, then ignored them again. After another appeal from her husband to this office, he replied, "we are not interested in this." When I contacted him again, he said, "I don't understand why you clung to our organization, look for others." We lost almost a month trying to get a response from Igor's kind manager. When I told him that reviews would be written everywhere, and I would have to contact the administration to check their office for the possibility of providing services to the consumer, he condescendingly replied, "Okay, let's sign a contract." And now we're not interested. Complaints have been left everywhere and the administration will finally take care of this office!!!!
I would like to leave a positive review about renting a car, but unfortunately it did not work out. We wanted to book a car in advance, we were bombarded with monosyllabic questions and told to "contact after the 20th," after which we immediately hung up. No information was provided on the second call either, they were told to come and book a car on the spot, after which they also safely hung up. Today was a free day, on which they were going to go to this rental "service", they called 10 minutes before arrival to clarify where to drive up. The question was never answered, they began to ask all the same questions in a very rude way, and after a question from the "manager" about the number of years of service, the answer was "this is not for us" and, Oh, surprise, the tube was dropped. Taken aback, we decided to call back again to clarify whether we understood their answer correctly. The call went unanswered.
When talking to this man, it was very difficult to make out what he was saying. And the obvious attitude towards customers is "you are not welcome here." If you want to get a human attitude towards you as a customer, and not change your plans abruptly, you definitely don't need this service.
There seems to be a large selection of cars on the site, it seems that you can book everything, but in fact nothing is clear.
I wanted to book a car, I asked for clarification. At first, I was sent to the general section, which was already read, but there was not enough information. It turned out that the information for the requested car is not correct. Each question had to be pulled out with "ticks". There is no hint of interest or desire to resolve the issue / help. It's just that people respond as if I interrupted them with my request and distracted them from important things. Monosyllabic answers and the end of the dialogue in the middle.
accordingly, there is no desire to use this service, alas.
I called the autorent.by 03/9/2023 in order to clarify the cost of renting a car for 2-3 months, because nothing was written on their website in the rental cost column No. 5 for each car. A citizen named Igor began to teach me in a boorish manner that all bets were written. To my objection that this was not the case, and his tone was unacceptable, he said that I wanted to get a car for 15 rubles. and just hung up. I do not recommend this company and such "specialists" to anyone!

Sharing, which is better not to mess with. Cheap cars are only on the website, there are none in real life. A person communicates through the wrong tube too much from above, so there is also a mandatory 30p sink, when you can wash yourself for 5p. There are a lot of emotions, some negative ones
I applied for a car rental for 2 days. As a result, they only answered that the model of interest was busy, and they stopped answering the question when it would be free. There is no service, the focus is only on medium-term rentals. I do not advise against the word at all!
I took a car for a week. Everything is fine, everything is on time. There's been an accident. The previous tenant had an accident in the morning on the day the car was handed over to me. But it didn't really affect anything. One disadvantage is that the car needs to be dry-cleaned.
