Technical support is lame, however, if questions arise about those. parts and numbers. Deadlines are kept, no prepayment is required. They carry what others don't have. As for me, they were a revelation to me. And I thought, well, finally the Belarusian market has adapted to me!

The very concept of the organization is standard, everything is not bad. The only disadvantage when you work under a contract is that you deposit money into your account, but you can only pick up the goods tomorrow (they have this feature), and if you need it urgently, it's better to look elsewhere.
The warehouse is just trash! Whoever is responsible for him would be the first to fire. It's complete chaos, spare parts are piled up, and some parts are constantly used up, while others are not. Accordingly, they are lost in other spare parts. You're waiting for this spare part, but it's been lying in a mess in a warehouse for a week, and it hasn't been registered, so you don't see on the website that it's here and you can't pick it up. Storekeepers constantly write out invoices incorrectly. They give you something that is not in the invoice. Or, on the contrary, they write out what you don't take.
As a result, if you don't care about deadlines, then fine. If you need to do it quickly, look for another place. Well, get ready for the fact that you will look for your spare parts yourself in the warehouse, because the storekeepers are purple on you.

terrible service, we arrived and waited an hour for the order to be issued, as well as the order took a very long time to travel, it was problematic to pay with a card, since we had to wait for payment confirmation (which took about 20 minutes). finding the pick-up point itself (which is actually just a warehouse) is very problematic, thanks to the people who were just passing by. I will never come back here again, thanks to the staff for their responsiveness)))))))
