We rented a car from the AutoCrit company for the second time. It is very convenient that the staff are Russian-speaking, and all rental issues are discussed when booking. There is a choice of cars for every taste and both times we were provided with exactly the car that was originally chosen. The first time was a Nissan micra, this year they wanted to try to drive a diesel engine and chose a Citroen C3. The car is very picky, pulls perfectly even into the steepest mountain, it was nice that the rubber on it was brand new. I met Nikita at the airport, quick registration, and on my way. We drove Crete from west to east, from Elafonisi to Vai, almost 1000 km in total, fuel costs amounted to 60 euros, which is good news. It's never easier to return a car! we arrived at the parking lot near the airport, the keys are in the box and THAT's IT!!! This is because full insurance is enabled by default. We traveled with pleasure, which is what we wish you)))

We rented a Peugeot 208 new from October 1 to October 14, 2021. We were satisfied, the car is new and clean. Maybe it's too low for gravel roads, but I liked it for our trips. We lived in Chania, traveled a lot along Akrotiri Peninsula, Falasorna, Skinaria beach, the car did not fail anywhere. We received and handed over the car at Heraklion airport, parking is really a 5-minute walk from the airport building. The only problem we faced was that the flight arrived 40 minutes earlier than the time specified in the booking and the representative with the sign was not found. I had to call - the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. At the same time, when I called the day before, I clarified this possibility on the company's Moscow phone - they reassured me that there would be no problems - they would follow the flight number and meet me. There were no problems when returning the car. On-site communication was carried out via whatsapp.

Everything is great. We brought a car with a better class (we booked a Panda, we brought a Citroen C3 diesel) for a cheap price, there are no such prices anywhere. All insurance is fully included. Nikita arrived, gave the car back, gave it back at the airport, threw the keys in a drawer and flew away. The guys are Russian, which simplifies all the rental activities. I recommend it!
