Today, i.e. on 06/3.22, at about 11 o'clock, I called the embassy at 97-78-78 and was extremely upset, just by the boorish behavior of the employee. He refused to introduce himself, and practically did not provide any advice. He sent me to a travel agency (he probably works part-time there) and eventually hung up on me. Representatives of Austria, if you read these reviews, you should part with such employees. Your country is judged by his behavior!!!!!
