The rooms are newly renovated, but the plumbing is all old, the toilet was leaking in our room (at least it was fixed quickly), the pressure in the shower is very weak, the faucets are bad, once the light was cut off in our room.
The room service is also so-so, the hotel positions itself as 4 stars, but a maximum of 3. When asked to bring a bottle of water, which was not available on the first day like on all others, they said drink tap water. There are no towels or bathrobes in the room. There is no mini bar and tea and coffee. The toilet paper arrived only a day after the request. Overall, the hotel is clean.
The sauna and hammam are open, but not heated. There is no steam in the hammam, and the temperature in the sauna is very low.
Breakfasts are a different story, don't take them here if you plan to get up early. They are from 9 to 11. It's like nine is not so early. But every time we went down, there was no buffet. Nothing is ready. The management of the hotel is unclear what they are doing. The guests have been sitting hungry since 9 a.m. and waiting 40 minutes for something to be offered to them. And so on for a whole week. It makes sense to remove the breakfast option altogether, because even when breakfast is served, there is no choice about what to eat. It's a funny picture. We're hungry, we have to leave, and the chefs are just smiling and laughing.
A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. We come back here every weekend, Tsakhkadzor is the best place, there is a pool outside, we swam alone. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The rooms are clean and large, cool modern design. The staff always helps) very nice receptionists. As regular guests, we were upgraded and allowed to leave our belongings while we swam in the pool. I recommend it! And We'll be back again!)

There is no such service and maintenance here, for which you can rate a Hotel at this level.
Firstly, we had no towels in our room, no bathrobes.
Secondly, there was no tea and coffee.
There was no iron or ironing board.
I called the reception every time for these little things. The girl said, "We'll bring it" and threw the phone. But (!) they didn't carry anything, they called again and again.
There is no restaurant. We must not forget that there is no Store or other restaurants nearby. That is, if you need to eat, then either put up with it, or call a taxi (if you are without a car), or you can use the mini-bar, fortunately there were no problems with it.
Sauna access is by appointment only. And everything is scheduled. Therefore, make an appointment, even before checking into the Hotel ... apparently.
The breakfasts are also not 4 stars.
Elementary, there was no milk for coffee.

The night before, we called to find out about early check-in and received an answer that we would be happy to check in early in the morning. On arrival in the morning, it turned out that there were no available rooms and you had to wait until two o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, they were settled only after three o'clock.
There are often no towels on the pool. Payment for the bar is in cash only. There is no place to eat in the hotel - just a buffet breakfast and that's it. In two days, the electricity was turned off twice and the sockets in the room did not work, which were repaired for a couple of hours and eventually remained disconnected. A year ago, friends stopped right there and say that not much has changed.

Good. Clean, spacious. The only thing is a very steep climb to the hotel, walking to the ski lift is not an option. But walking to the ski lift is not an option everywhere. There is a magnificent restaurant nearby, literally 50 meters up the hill.
Advantages: large rooms, beautiful interior, outdoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna
Cons: the feeling that they invested well in 2018 and have not changed anything since then. The towels are gray, the furniture gets tired, and all the water in the shower flows out onto the floor.
You have to ask for everything: towels, bed linen for children, etc.
There are NO breakfasts!
It completely does not meet the requirements of the lowest standards ... dirt, anti-hygiene, maintenance 0, irresponsibility and arrogance of the staff!!! The safe is broken, there is no TV, the heating does not work, I have never seen anything worse!
Nice place, with a swimming pool. The staff is kind and respectful. There is a cable car nearby. The windows also have a very beautiful view. It's just a pity the shops are far away.

Нас заселяли минут 40! Какая-то неразбериха была с номерами.
Мы заселились, когда отключили воду в отеле.
При заселении нам не сообщили этого.
А также не сообщили, что ресторан и бар не будут работать всё время нашего пребывания.
И также не сообщили вообще ничего про отель, где что находится, как чем пользоваться.
Всё нужно вопросами вытаскивать из сотрудников.
Сотрудники не приветливы, не улыбаются, не общаются сами.
Клиенты в этом отеле никому не нужны.
Когда сутки у всех нету воды и руководство отеля никак не решает проблему - это ужасно!
Сотрудники не предложили воду в номер, чтобы хотя бы руки было чем помыть.
На завтрак весь отель пришел с грязными руками.
Антисептики и влажные салфетки отель не предложил.
А ведь это так просто хотя бы такими мелочами улучшить ситуацию.
Звонить из номера на ресепшен бесполезно, постоянно занято.
Менеджер Lucia в воскресенье вовсе не пришла в отель, когда уже сутки не было воды.
В воскресенье был только один сотрудник Hrack, который отказался общаться, замолчал посреди диалога, хотя мы общались с ним спокойно и вежливо, просили продлить нам номер на пару часов в качестве хоть какой то компенсации от отеля. Сотрудник ничего не смог предложить, кроме скидки в 15% на следующий визит.
Представляете - сутки без воды оцениваются отелем как 15%, это смешно.
Но мы точно не собираемся больше в этот отель и никому не советуем.
Попросили возврат денежных средств, половину от стоимости проживания - нам отказали.
Самая истина, когда случается проблема и команда сотрудников отеля демонстрирует как умело она может справляться или не может.
В этом отеле не может. И всем на вас будет наплевать.
Клиентскому сервису не обучают сотрудников и в целом не знают такого сочетания слов.
Удивляют отзывы на 5 звезд, но это в целом проблема в Армении, что отзывы пишутся будто заказные.
