In early July, a family of three vacationed at this hotel. The trip was booked from Anech tour from July 3 to July 13, but before the trip itself we were "delighted" that our trip was shortened by two days. As a result, we rested from July 4 to July 12. We arrived at the hotel at night, the room was provided with a double room and a small snack was waiting in the room. The first night my son slept alone, my husband and I together. Beds of size 1.40. The next day, at our request, they put another bed and added all the accessories for one more person. The room itself is tired, but comfortable, has everything you need. The bathroom has all the necessary facilities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Every day they put three one and a half liter bottles of water. There is a kettle and tea accessories. The air conditioner is centralized, you can either turn it off or on, it is impossible to change the mode. We cooled the room before going to bed, and turned it off at night. When we checked in, there were warm blankets on the beds, probably because of the air conditioners, we left only duvet covers. Room with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the central pool. The majority of vacationers are foreigners. They most often relax near the pool, take sun beds in advance and most often the service staff does it for them. Towels can be changed both near the pools and on the beach, cards are given upon check-in. The beach is big, there are always sun beds. The tide is high at sea in the morning, the tide is low in the afternoon. We swam from the pier, there is a small reef there - we watched the fish. Those who have been vacationing for several times and have seen richer reefs, they say that there is nothing to see in this hotel. Well, we looked at what we have. Those who do not know how to swim, there is a pleasant entrance to the sea from the shore, but it is not deep there. There is a bar on the beach where drinks are poured, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, and you can have a snack during lunch. There are also bars near two swimming pools. The animators on the beach and near the pools are trying to stir up the people. I can't say about the success, not animation fans. The beach and pools are open from 8 to 18, I agree about the beach, but why is the pool up to 18!? It's time to cool off in the pool, the weather allows, but alas, this remains a mystery for us. In the UAE, the beach is also open until 18, but there the pool is open for 21 hours.
Now for nutrition. The main restaurant is open: breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12 to 15, dinner from 19 to 21.30. The breakfasts are monotonous: eggs of different types of cooking, cheese, sausages, cereals, yoghurts, porridges, pancakes and waffles, fruits, pastries. Lunch : vegetables, meat, French fries, soups, spaghetti, pizza (the hotel is aimed at Italians - there was always a queue) Dinner at the hotel on days of the week certain cuisines of the world, although I did not notice much difference. There are also vegetables, meat of various types of cooking, French fries, fish, they say there were crabs, shrimp, pastries, fruits. There is always a queue for drinks, for some drinks are served by waiters (probably for tips) That's kind of a variety of food, but we weren't thrilled. Meat is not always deliciously cooked, seafood is not able to cook, although they twice gave small fish fried to a crunch - so it was very tasty. We were in the UAE last year - everything was really delicious there. We took ice cream for lunch and dinner, we liked mango. You won't stay hungry. Perhaps we are too picky about food. We didn't like pancakes for breakfast, but my son came in and took waffles every day. I liked the strawberry yogurt - it reminded me of our katyk with strawberries. I tried the soup twice, but I didn't like it, I just wanted something thin. I can't say that I didn't like anything at all, there were delicious dishes, but not always. Tables are cleared and prepared promptly, but there are no paper napkins - after cleaning the shrimp, you do not know how and with what to wipe your hands.
Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and foyer, sometimes next to the pool. Gym, spa - all for a fee. The sea is 6 minutes away at a quiet pace, but there is also a bus to the beach. There were performances in the amphitheater in the evenings, but, again, we are not amateurs, so I can't say about the quality. Near the hotel there are souvenir shops, pharmacies, cafes, a supermarket (you can only pay in Egyptian pounds). Across the street, if you go left, you can walk to a McDonald's. We went for a yacht trip to the reefs and the Egyptian Maldives, took an excursion near the hotel "At Vova". The prices are more adequate than the guide from Anech tour.
In general, I liked the rest, it is unlikely that I will come to this hotel again.

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation, while my memory is fresh, I want to tell you my impressions.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained, the workers bring beauty all day. The photo of the hotel shows everything.
Our room was not freshly renovated, but high-quality cleaning was carried out every day (room 220), towels were also changed every day, toiletries and drinking water were reported regularly. Everything in the room was in working order.
The food is very good, varied and delicious. Seafood, grilled meat and fish, rolls (by the way, very nice), red fish, dried meat, pasta, pizza is very tasty. Desserts and especially ice cream are delicious!!! Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned in the dining room. If you come half an hour later after the start of the meal, you will have to wait until the tables are empty. Basically, all the food is served to you by the staff, in small portions, but if you ask for more, they do not refuse.
There are great bartenders working in Aurora, I especially want to highlight Mohamed in the lobby bar and Mohamed in the beach bar, super guys!!! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, bottled beer, delicious coffee.

We were never shown our room, but they showed us another one, from which the guests had just left, they took the money and we waited for more than an hour until they finished cleaning it. Tired, hungry and, of course, without mood. We went straight to lunch. And only the sea after lunch could cheer us up! The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. But the bed linen was changed only once in 8 days. And then, it was doubtful - it seemed to me, they just straightened it out well. Gels-shampoos were added as needed (by the way, a very good body lotion), tea-coffee every other time. The door to the room opened halfway, then got stuck and had to be pushed with force. Most of all, I was struck by the rule of issuing dishes. Yes, a buffet, yes you can choose what you want. BUT- you can only take pastries and some salads yourself. The rest of the dishes, salads and drinks were served by chefs or their assistants over a very high glass display case. This is the first time I've met such a person! My height is 170 cm, and then I had to raise my arms and straighten them completely over my head first to serve a plate, and then to pick it up with food. For breakfast, I drink coffee in a snack with cheese, without bread. Well, I like it that way. And every morning the same thing happened - we were a chef at the cheese distribution playing this-not this. I was poking my finger at the glass, and he was trying to guess which of several cheeses I was pointing at. He doesn't know English, so he doesn't understand what I want. And I, accordingly, do not know the local language, and I cannot tell him. And so all the snacks, hot dishes, fruits and sweets! There was irritation in the voice and obvious negativity. He demanded to add to our voucher that we refuse excursions and in case of trips with other guides we are responsible for ourselves. On that, he said goodbye, ordered him to look at the folder on the reception desk on the penultimate day in the evening to find out about the time of departure. We never saw him again.

A slightly tired hotel with solid furniture, all standard rooms with an area of 45 sq.m. with two beds 150x200, or with one 200x200, a sofa or two armchairs, a coffee table, a dressing table, a mirror, a flat 40-inch TV.
She gave five stars for the warm welcome, pleasant staff service, delicious food and wonderful animators Ahmed, Mustafa, Anton, Anya and Mira, who did not sit idle for a minute, the program for every day is rich and interesting.
Every day, the maid "sculpted" figurines out of towels, brought flowers to the room.
The hotel has a huge territory with various plants, including bottle trees, magnolias, various succulents. Herons, hoopoes, wagtails walk on the lawns.
There are two swimming pools on site, one of which is heated. The beach is sandy with small shells of great length, there were enough sun beds for everyone. On the left side of the shore there is a pier about 300 meters long, along it at a certain depth you can see small reefs with beautiful fish and moray eels, once you saw a crab. For those who are too lazy to go deep for a long time, you can swim and dive from this pier.
Somewhere in the middle, 250-300 meters from the shore, a coral reef measuring 2x2.5 meters was discovered purely by chance, where there are also several beautiful fish and even a dangerous lionfish.
The hotel borders the Coral Sea 5* and Pick Albatros 5* hotels, they say of course that they are cooler, but their price is also not like Aurora's.

We were there for 5 days, I don't eat pasta, rice and potatoes, and they add incongruous products to salads, the first three days there was nothing to eat, then there was a delicious barbecue chicken for lunch, but they gave me portions, one piece in one hand, I asked for a second piece - they added a bone almost without meat, the last couple days like the menu varied, something appeared that was even delicious, but wild queues in the dining room.
