A wonderful hotel , we had a rest with a large company .The staff , animators , children's animation , a beach bar, boys speak Russian and understand.
In the restaurant , you can arrange for a couple of dollars , alcohol will be brought to you ,😁 and even book a table for the evening
The guys are all well done !!!
They work great, everything is delicious , alcohol , wine , bottled beer.
We were vacationing with the children, the sea is shallow for us normally, we could go swimming from the pier, there is a very good descent and not deep.
The territory of the hotel is beautifully maintained.
Delicious food, rested in May for 10 days, almost every day shrimp, fish, delicious meat, salads , fresh vegetables, fruits watermelons melons tangerines are just space)))) Ice cream every day.
Three swimming pools , a lot of foreigners . But there were no queues , the guys are working quickly .
Every day there is animation , dancing, in the afternoon you can play tennis on the beach, entertainers from animators..
Near the hotel there are pharmacies , a club, shops .

In early July, a family of three vacationed at this hotel. The trip was booked from Anech tour from July 3 to July 13, but before the trip itself we were "delighted" that our trip was shortened by two days. As a result, we rested from July 4 to July 12. We arrived at the hotel at night, the room was provided with a double room and a small snack was waiting in the room. The first night my son slept alone, my husband and I together. Beds of size 1.40. The next day, at our request, they put another bed and added all the accessories for one more person. The room itself is tired, but comfortable, has everything you need. The bathroom has all the necessary facilities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Every day they put three one and a half liter bottles of water. There is a kettle and tea accessories. The air conditioner is centralized, you can either turn it off or on, it is impossible to change the mode. We cooled the room before going to bed, and turned it off at night. When we checked in, there were warm blankets on the beds, probably because of the air conditioners, we left only duvet covers. Room with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the central pool. The majority of vacationers are foreigners. They most often relax near the pool, take sun beds in advance and most often the service staff does it for them. Towels can be changed both near the pools and on the beach, cards are given upon check-in. The beach is big, there are always sun beds. The tide is high at sea in the morning, the tide is low in the afternoon. We swam from the pier, there is a small reef there - we watched the fish. Those who have been vacationing for several times and have seen richer reefs, they say that there is nothing to see in this hotel. Well, we looked at what we have. Those who do not know how to swim, there is a pleasant entrance to the sea from the shore, but it is not deep there. There is a bar on the beach where drinks are poured, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, and you can have a snack during lunch. There are also bars near two swimming pools. The animators on the beach and near the pools are trying to stir up the people. I can't say about the success, not animation fans. The beach and pools are open from 8 to 18, I agree about the beach, but why is the pool up to 18!? It's time to cool off in the pool, the weather allows, but alas, this remains a mystery for us. In the UAE, the beach is also open until 18, but there the pool is open for 21 hours.
Now for nutrition. The main restaurant is open: breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12 to 15, dinner from 19 to 21.30. The breakfasts are monotonous: eggs of different types of cooking, cheese, sausages, cereals, yoghurts, porridges, pancakes and waffles, fruits, pastries. Lunch : vegetables, meat, French fries, soups, spaghetti, pizza (the hotel is aimed at Italians - there was always a queue) Dinner at the hotel on days of the week certain cuisines of the world, although I did not notice much difference. There are also vegetables, meat of various types of cooking, French fries, fish, they say there were crabs, shrimp, pastries, fruits. There is always a queue for drinks, for some drinks are served by waiters (probably for tips) That's kind of a variety of food, but we weren't thrilled. Meat is not always deliciously cooked, seafood is not able to cook, although they twice gave small fish fried to a crunch - so it was very tasty. We were in the UAE last year - everything was really delicious there. We took ice cream for lunch and dinner, we liked mango. You won't stay hungry. Perhaps we are too picky about food. We didn't like pancakes for breakfast, but my son came in and took waffles every day. I liked the strawberry yogurt - it reminded me of our katyk with strawberries. I tried the soup twice, but I didn't like it, I just wanted something thin. I can't say that I didn't like anything at all, there were delicious dishes, but not always. Tables are cleared and prepared promptly, but there are no paper napkins - after cleaning the shrimp, you do not know how and with what to wipe your hands.
Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and foyer, sometimes next to the pool. Gym, spa - all for a fee. The sea is 6 minutes away at a quiet pace, but there is also a bus to the beach. There were performances in the amphitheater in the evenings, but, again, we are not amateurs, so I can't say about the quality. Near the hotel there are souvenir shops, pharmacies, cafes, a supermarket (you can only pay in Egyptian pounds). Across the street, if you go left, you can walk to a McDonald's. We went for a yacht trip to the reefs and the Egyptian Maldives, took an excursion near the hotel "At Vova". The prices are more adequate than the guide from Anech tour.
In general, I liked the rest, it is unlikely that I will come to this hotel again.

This is my third vacation in Egypt, so there is something to compare it with. I liked the hotel in all respects. Very tasty and varied food, polite and attentive staff, large rooms. Animation every day. The animators are all funny guys. The beach is large, sandy, there are a lot of sun beds, there are always enough places. The only drawback is that the sea is very shallow from the shore. To swim, you have to go far into the sea. But there are never waves, which is very important when vacationing with children.

I returned from Charm today. I had a rest from August 14-21 at this hotel. The hotel is nice , with a large , beautifully maintained area. There are several swimming pools on site, one heated in winter.The rooms are large and cozy, cleaned every day, towels and bed are changed every day. The food is varied , everything is delicious . You won 't stay hungry . The sea , the sea ... the beach is next to the first line of its own . The entrance is flat, sand . But.., every 6 hours the tide is out. For those who swim is not very convenient. It is necessary to walk a meter from the shore , or even more . It 's the best thing for children or those who don 't swim . Animation is a little weak . We have just returned from a wonderful vacation, while my memory is fresh, I want to tell you my impressions.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained, the workers bring beauty all day. The photo of the hotel shows everything.
Our room was not freshly renovated, but high-quality cleaning was carried out every day (room 220), towels were also changed every day, toiletries and drinking water were reported regularly. Everything in the room was in working order.
The food is very good, varied and delicious. Seafood, grilled meat and fish, rolls (by the way, very nice), red fish, dried meat, pasta, pizza is very tasty. Desserts and especially ice cream are delicious!!! Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned in the dining room. If you come half an hour later after the start of the meal, you will have to wait until the tables are empty. Basically, all the food is served to you by the staff, in small portions, but if you ask for more, they do not refuse.
There are great bartenders working in Aurora, I especially want to highlight Mohamed in the lobby bar and Mohamed in the beach bar, super guys!!! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, bottled beer, delicious coffee.
The animators are very good, but not intrusive, they made the vacation more energetic! Alina, Daniela, Nikolai, well done!
The hotel does not impose anything on you if you are not interested in it. They will be offered once, if they refused, they will apologize and wish you a good rest.
The beach is big!!! There are a lot of places, there are always free sun beds. What can not be said about the pool, almost everything is occupied in the morning (and they noticed that the workers themselves occupy them, and then for an additional fee.they allegedly find a place for you), but we got up early, so we had enough space, after 9 a.m. there is no more. There is no sand on the beach, but a small shell like sand. The sea is beautiful for children, the sloping shore is warm. But there are tides, it gets very shallow. You can swim with a mask from the pier, it is also advisable to take special shoes. It's not very deep there either, they reached the bottom with their feet. But you can see some residents of the Red Sea).
In general, I really liked the rest, I definitely recommend it! If you are friendly and welcoming, you will get back twice as many positive emotions!!!

A good three! No more. Arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock. They took our documents and told us to wait. Half an hour later they called and immediately asked for $ 20 for a good room. Supposedly the room we ordered with a garden view is not very good, we offer you better. We were never shown our room, but they showed us another one, from which the guests had just left, they took the money and we waited for more than an hour until they finished cleaning it. Considering that there was a double flight at night, we can understand our condition. As a result, despite the additional payment of $ 20, we were able to get to the room almost at 14. h. Tired, hungry and, of course, without mood. We went straight to lunch. And only the sea after lunch could cheer us up! The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. But the bed linen was changed only once in 8 days. And then, it was doubtful - it seemed to me, they just straightened it out well. Gels-shampoos were added as needed (by the way, a very good body lotion), tea-coffee every other time. The door to the room opened halfway, then got stuck and had to be pushed with force. In the bathroom, on the contrary, it hardly opened from the inside. The blackout curtains were fixed randomly with threads and on the first evening, when trying to push them, they broke off at the edges by about half a meter. Food is monotonous and sad. The grilled chicken is fried to black. Fish almost every day, but most often so dry that I was surprised every time - well, people know how to spoil food?! Baking- the same buns every day. Several types, but consistently the same. Cheeses- several varieties, but you could eat one or two, the rest with some specific flavor, and this is definitely not a seasoning. Most of all, I was struck by the rule of issuing dishes. Yes, a buffet, yes you can choose what you want. BUT- you can only take pastries and some salads yourself. The rest of the dishes, salads and drinks were served by chefs or their assistants over a very high glass display case. This is the first time I've met such a person! My height is 170 cm, and then I had to raise my arms and straighten them completely over my head first to serve a plate, and then to pick it up with food. For breakfast, I drink coffee in a snack with cheese, without bread. Well, I like it that way. And every morning the same thing happened - we were a chef at the cheese distribution playing this-not this. I was poking my finger at the glass, and he was trying to guess which of several cheeses I was pointing at. He doesn't know English, so he doesn't understand what I want. And I, accordingly, do not know the local language, and I cannot tell him. And so all the snacks, hot dishes, fruits and sweets! You stand there and point your finger at the glass, showing what you want. Not very comfortable. Although, I must pay tribute, many of the staff understand Russian and try to speak.
The animators are well done, such groovy, funny girls and guys! Especially on the beach. Thank you! You tried very hard!
The territory is well-groomed and large, decently large, to the sea from the main building through the entire territory, if not in a hurry, 7-8 minutes to go. Very shallow sea. You will walk 30-50 meters, and everything is knee-deep. On the second day of our stay, the tide turned. The sea moved away from the shore for another 10-15 meters. You'd get tired of walking to the end of the pier there, but the water didn't even reach your knees. You won't swim much. Rather, you crawl. The bottom is sand, but there are a lot of creeping small algae, there are stones. Barefoot is unpleasant. Take the corals.
Separately about the guide- Biblio-Globus- I will not mention the name, maybe someone will be more lucky. Our meeting the next morning after the stay began, as they say, for health. A very active, positive young man. He started telling us about the tours. When I realized that two women over 55 were not going on paid excursions, especially on a long trip to Cairo, I got angry. There was irritation in the voice and obvious negativity. He demanded to add to our voucher that we refuse excursions and in case of trips with other guides we are responsible for ourselves. On that, he said goodbye, ordered him to look at the folder on the reception desk on the penultimate day in the evening to find out about the time of departure. We never saw him again.
But on a free tour, a wonderful girl Emilia told us with interest about the history of the city, we learned a lot of useful information, including about goods in the markets, and about her behavior when shopping. Here I recommend it!
Result. It was my first time in Sharm el-Sheikh and I'm not going there anymore. Especially in this hotel.

After complaints at the reception (constant complaints every 15 minutes), the safe was changed, they taught how to use the air conditioner to make it work, they changed the refrigerator, and life got better. However, there was a view of the neighboring hotel. But 2 days before departure, they decided to offer us a good room much better than ours. We refused. The hotel is budget-friendly, but there was enough, the sea is beautiful. The choice is yours, depending on why you are going there. If you are across the sea, the hotel will do. If for the service, then definitely not here. The hotel guide is useless. He only sells tours at speculative prices.

Good afternoon! We rested at the AURORA ORIENTAL RESORT Sharm El Sheikh hotels from 05.06 to 06/14/2023. We arrived early in the morning. At the airport, we filled out the forms upon arrival and passed the inspection. We completed it within an hour. There were no problems or queues. The tour operator notified us about the transfer and we went to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were alone. We were immediately checked into a room for a certain amount. The room is not bad, there is everything for living, the furniture is certainly old. Cleaning wants the best. You understand the male staff. The room has a kettle, coffee, tea, cream, sugar and bottled water for 1 person 1.5 liters. Water was provided daily, rooms were cleaned and towels were changed. The restaurant where we went is not bad, the food is good. For dinner, we were greeted by animators and invited to an evening event. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. Two pools for adults and one for children. We didn't swim in the pool. They preferred to go to the sea. The beach is large, there are many free sun loungers. The sea is gorgeous! We liked everything!

The territory of the hotel is large and very beautiful, there are many palm trees and herons walking. There are 2 pools on site, one warm and the other cold, and each pool has a bar where you can choose a drink. The hotel provided free towels. At 16:00, free ice cream was served at the bar near the cold pool. The beach at the hotel is large, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there is a bar on the beach and at 13:00 they give you a hot dog and French fries. You could play volleyball on the beach, the animators were very funny, they constantly danced with vacationers and turned on different music. There is a Pier on the beach from which you can dive and watch the fish, two lifeguards sit on the pier with whom you can chat. The rest is very good.

The hotel was a little confused at first, a little worn out, but then they appreciated its scale and the choice of pools and these little things were discarded. Very friendly staff - decent service. I was impressed by the seafood table, variety and fruits.
The hotel grounds are very nice and green. It's super.

A slightly tired hotel with solid furniture, all standard rooms with an area of 45 sq.m. with two beds 150x200, or with one 200x200, a sofa or two armchairs, a coffee table, a dressing table, a mirror, a flat 40-inch TV.
She gave five stars for the warm welcome, pleasant staff service, delicious food and wonderful animators Ahmed, Mustafa, Anton, Anya and Mira, who did not sit idle for a minute, the program for every day is rich and interesting.
Every day, the maid "sculpted" figurines out of towels, brought flowers to the room.
The hotel has a huge territory with various plants, including bottle trees, magnolias, various succulents. Herons, hoopoes, wagtails walk on the lawns.
There are two swimming pools on site, one of which is heated. The beach is sandy with small shells of great length, there were enough sun beds for everyone. On the left side of the shore there is a pier about 300 meters long, along it at a certain depth you can see small reefs with beautiful fish and moray eels, once you saw a crab. For those who are too lazy to go deep for a long time, you can swim and dive from this pier.
Somewhere in the middle, 250-300 meters from the shore, a coral reef measuring 2x2.5 meters was discovered purely by chance, where there are also several beautiful fish and even a dangerous lionfish.
The hotel borders the Coral Sea 5* and Pick Albatros 5* hotels, they say of course that they are cooler, but their price is also not like Aurora's.
We rested from November 14 to 23, the water temperature in the sea was 28 °, and closer to departure, especially in the morning, the sea became cooler.
