Be careful when interacting and it is better to choose another hostel.
Based on the pictures and the low price, I chose this hostel. My mistake is that I did not look in advance at what real conditions I would live in. I checked in late at night and in a hurry and because of this I did not pay attention at first. And when I had to go to bed, I realized that it was impossible to live like this for a month. It's dirty. There is not a single closet in the room - only a small rack for hangers, where many other people's things are already hanging. The door does not close from the inside, and all the other rooms on the floor are men's. The showers and toilets are dirty too. There is no place to put food in the refrigerator, everything is piled up and there is also no cleanliness. The furniture is old. There were no questions about the issued underwear.
But the most important thing is that if anything, you will not get your money back. Because on the second day, I raised this issue. I was refused. When she began to insist, the owner shouted and was indignant. As a result, he said that after 2 days of stay he would be able to return only 60% of the payment for the month and only after more than 2 weeks. At this time, I got in touch, the payment was postponed for another week. Then another day. And now they don't pick up the phone and don't get in touch.
So if you don't want to deal with similar problems bordering on fraud, don't choose this place.
Good day to all!
I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of the Aurora Hotel in Yerevan, to all the guys from the reception and an enormous Thank you to the incredibly Warm, Sincere, Kind, caring as my own mother, the Hostess of the Kitchen, treated us to a fresh, delicious, hot breakfast, cooked dolma to introduce us to traditional dishes, and her coffee is, mmm, delicious, friendly and attentive 🧡🧡🧡
The room is cleaned every day, they left and returned: cleanliness and order ✨✨
To increase the level and improve the service, in accordance with the possibilities, the mattresses should be changed. I am very thin (maybe it doesn't matter), I felt the springs with my whole body. The guys from the reception solved the problem, Laid extra blankets.
Good luck and prosperity to you!

The hotel IS TERRIBLE!!!! We got a room on the ground floor. It feels like the walls are made of single-layer cardboard. You can hear not only the neighborhood TVs, but also the sewage system of the entire hotel. Ventilation is "funny" - someone is smoking outside, and smoke is billowing from the ceiling in your room. Sleeping places are generally a separate trash - on the main bed, the mattress is sagged and deformed so that the protruding springs cause pain, an additional place is a sliding sofa. In the middle of the night, the sliding part could easily "unfasten" from the sofa and roll away to the other end of the room. There is not even a mirror in the room. There is a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom (you can only see yourself up to the middle of the body). And the staff is very good. They are very responsive, kind, and always ready to meet and help people. Thanks a lot to them. We did everything in their power to brighten up our stay in this hotel nightmare
