Aurica in Atbasar loses to other gas stations in that there is no live communication with the cashier. There are two options here, either to change everything, including the approach to sales and do everything like everyone else, a small shop, a cafe like a bistro, etc. Or to change the approach to the service, enter payment by card on the column, remove the cashiers, add service personnel, work on the issue of payment without leaving the car. Both methods involve a waste of money and time, but if Aurika wants to continue to stay afloat, she will have to change the foundations.
