Over the past 2 months, we have traveled 11 countries, more than 20 hotels, we booked everything online and there were no problems anywhere with the fact that we incorrectly indicated the age of the child of 13 years, and only upon arrival at this hotel, the manager immediately began to ask for an additional payment for the child, allegedly we indicated the age under one year, figured it out, showed everything printscreens, the next day we decided to extend and looked at the price for one two trip, it was cheaper than booking and others, we clearly chose the age of 13, and again they ask us for an additional payment, allegedly we did not enter the age correctly. But there is no doubt left, we did not "make mistakes" all previous bookings, and here on two different booking sites we allegedly made mistakes with age everywhere and ask for an additional payment on the spot. The first time we booked on Hotels, the second time on one two trip, previously we booked through islet, booking, etc. In general, the location and view of the hotel are good, but the mood after the divorce is no longer for relaxation
