Don't go there bad service, cheep quality breakfast and last they charged for breakfast which is included in booking

A wonderful comfortable hotel. I stayed here when I was in Almaty for work. The room is clean, bright, with a comfortable bed and everything necessary for living. The staff welcomes the guests and helps with the check-in. I liked everything.

Very nice hotel! Cozy rooms. Nice, very friendly, helpful staff. Very tasty breakfasts. You feel at home here. I've been staying at the hotel for quite a long time. I am very pleased. thank you very much!
