I have been visiting the AURA beauty studio for a year now and I am absolutely delighted! The interior is very cozy and the atmosphere is inviting. The masters are professional and friendly, they immediately understood exactly what I wanted.
Only high-quality materials are used in the process of work, and I feel comfortable. In addition, I liked that all safety and hygiene measures are observed in the cabin. The prices are quite adequate for this level of service.
I will definitely come back again and recommend it to all my friends!

Aura is the place where Master Tatiana makes me more beautiful and happier!
Every time I come, I sit in Tatiana's chair and trust in her skill, I always get the best result. I have been familiar with this salon for more than two years. And I also want to note that the prices of the salon for the services that I do are much lower than the places where I was serviced earlier, so Aura is a godsend for me.

I came for a men's haircut at 19:20, the salon is open until 20:00. They refused service due to their own regulations, they say the master will not have time and we do not take people for a haircut in forty minutes. I left a corresponding entry in the book of comments and suggestions . The question is, why open the fat and not work?

I would not like to leave a bad review. The girls are all friendly. I was on eyebrow coloring. I didn't wash my face until the next morning, as the master advised. After 2 days, the eyebrows were washed off.

Являюсь постоянным клиентом салона "Аура" на Каховской!!!!! Огромное спасибо всей замечательной команде феечек, которые там работают!! Татьяна - просто высший мастер, гуру своего дела, как итог - волосы отлично выкрашены, пострижены и уложены!!! Благодаря Ольге бровки всегда выглядят ухоженно и аккуратно. А мастера по маникюру - выше всяких похвал! Да и сама атмосфера парикмахерской очень располагающая и приятная. Советую всем!!

Надо было срочно снять гель-лак, сходила в этот салон и что получила?
Отвратительный сервис, мастер совершенно неприветливая, все ее фразы ограничивались «положите сюда», «вымойте руки». Ни улыбки, ни «пожалуйста», никакой базовой вежливости.
Неаккуратное и неубранное рабочее место, на столе лежат кисточки, палочки, пыль.
И, как вишенка на торте, когда мастер приступила к обработке кутикулы, взяла щипцы открытые естественно не при мне, лежавшие до этого просто на голом столе (!), о чем я сообщила и попросила новые в упаковке. На что получила гениальный ответ «у меня в упаковках не помещаются в стерилизатор».
Серьезно?! Безопасность клиента - пустой звук.
Ужасно, никому не рекомендую. Берегите себя, своё здоровье и своё настроение и ходите в хорошие салоны
