The cladding is certainly cheap, some kind of iron white sheet on the 2nd and 3rd floors, it doesn't look very good. The houses are located quite close to each other and there is not enough privacy from this. The road to the residential complex itself is very narrow, all kind of serpentine, it's easy to commit an accident. RSF costs 450 tons per square meter, which is of course very expensive for such an LCD.
