We signed an outsourcing agreement with Auditbusinessconsult LLC in 2023, which we regretted very much. Services are provided poorly:
- reports and declarations are submitted with errors, to submit 3 statistical reports out of three times a year, and all with errors, this speaks volumes...
- the documents they made and signed had to be begged almost through the court;
- boorish attitude of employees;
- not a competent consultation, and sometimes questions remained unanswered at all;
- an organization that first submits the balance sheet, and then asks for supporting documents for these amounts is incorrect;
- changes to the accounting policy were not submitted at the beginning of the year, although they themselves developed a new distribution method, respectively, they were aware of the changes in the UP;
- the amount in the submitted declarations and the amount to be paid were different;
- questions on their part were also not asked if they faced some kind of problem, they preferred to remain silent until the question arose why they were not fulfilling their duties;
- The ability to use the 1c program leaves much to be desired, many operations were performed manually, although the program allows you to do this in an automated way, they also gave the programmer's number so that he explained to them how to do it, but he never received calls, apparently it was used only as an excuse for his unskillfulness..
- After a year of work on all these comments from our side, the director took the position of "other clients have no questions," well, apparently because no one thought that they needed to be checked.
We do not recommend this organization.
