If you need a welder, electrician or someone else to solve the problem, find out when he can do it, how much it will cost and tell the client.
3. Prices. They are very tall. Remove the bumper - 100p. To get the climate control unit - we do not know how much, let it be 200. How they are formed, why they change so much in the process, is not clear. Doing some kind of repair is a lottery or you always pay the top rate.

I called, asked for the make of the car and the year and was told to call back in 5 minutes and tell the price. I called back after 10 minutes, the phone was not picked up, I called back after another 10 minutes, the phone was turned off, I called back after another 10 minutes, the call was reset. Is it really that hard to pick up the phone and say that you're busy, call me back later, or that they'll call you back or won't take over my car?? why ignore it?! With such an attitude towards customers, this will be the job! I lost all desire to contact them, although in the spring I also wanted to give the car for painting.
