We stay here all the time. There is an early check-in and a late check-out, which is very convenient. Good view of the city from the upper floors. There is a private kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and everything you need. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.

Great hotel. A real one-bedroom apartment with a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. The breakfast is not bad, there are no complaints about the service, it is clean, cozy, all the dishes are washed if left before going out, but you can do it yourself, all the means are in the room. I liked everything. The view is cool from the 18th floor to the whole city, it's a pity the windows don't open, the temperature in the room is regulated instantly. And of course, the carousel or fan coil at the entrance to the hotel should be lubricated, it creaks very unpleasantly, spoils the whole impression. In general, the hotel is gorgeous, the renovation is fresh.

I was on a business trip and stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Everything was arranged: food-breakfast, cleanliness in the rooms, availability of household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric induction cooker, refrigerator, kettle and a set of dishes). The reception staff is friendly and smiling). I recommend it for a visit, as the location is ideal-in the very center of Atyrau city.

The hotel is a little tired, but unlike other expensive Atyrau hotels, everything is in working order, nothing breaks anywhere, does not drip, does not blink.
The breakfast is not bad, the staff is pleasant.
I would like to give 4 stars because of the high price for tired rooms, but I remembered that here we are offered apartments, not just a room. It's a completely different level of comfort, so 5 stars.

Expensive and rich!)
A good hotel. Lived on the 18th floor, the view is steep. I lived for 1 day in a room for 70k tenge, there was a two-room + kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook whatever you want, there would be food.
The staff is helpful, attentive and smiling.
The room is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, a mountain of pillows.
A very beautiful hall, an interesting elevator with metal trim!
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, but there is no place to hang the laundry, I don't see much point in it.
I began to realize that I was paying attention to the bathroom and plumbing in general. I don't know if all men do this, but I notice jambs on the tile, for example, sealant in various responsible places, loose plumbing connection, etc. I think that hotels of this level should not have a TV, but to be honest, I have not yet met an ideal bathroom and toilet.
The restaurant is spacious, I had dinner with beef ribs , tea and dessert for 12k tenge. Delicious. I think breakfast is a little weak for a hotel of this level.
For the bathroom and breakfast minus a star, otherwise everything is good!

We came with the children to spend the night, we got an apartment. We checked in around 11 p.m. The restaurant met us halfway and made room service. Kazakhs do not know how to cook borscht, Caesar consisted only of bitter salad, chicken and sauce, pancakes with jam, fries. The room itself is not bad. The interior is a bit old in style, probably the end of the 90s. The room has everything you need. There was no iron (apparently on request). Excellent comfortable mattresses and pillows on the beds, good bed linen. Equipped kitchen - kettle, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. The disadvantage is that there are bars and a promenade nearby. It's very noisy until 4 a.m.

This is not the first time I have visited this hotel. Rating 5+ Everything is at a decent level. The bed is always clean...lots of pillows....I like that everything in the rooms is there for a comfortable stay...Everything is fine. A good fitness area.
But the most important value of this hotel is the staff (the one I came across). The guide is very easy to communicate and attentive.
The girls at the reception are Karina and Snezhana, they have a separate and huge thank you...they will always help, prompt, and go to a meeting....and most importantly, they are always smiling and friendly. Not in every hotel and not in every country you will find such service. Keep it up.

The hotel looks good, but inside it is outdated and there is no proper luxury for this chain. The rooms are all there and clean. Three-person service. I never had a wake up call, although they offered it themselves, but no one woke me up. Towels, bathrobes and everything you need to eat. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not Marriott, as it happens.

A cool hotel (formerly Marriott), worth the money! The breakfasts are varied and very tasty, the room has a full kitchen with all kitchen utensils, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and even a toaster! if you want, you can cook. A room on the 19th floor overlooking the embankment with a great view came across. The climate in the room works well. There is a washing machine, a microwave oven. But no one has powder, no one has a hair dryer (they took 2 rooms). There is one breakfast in the room for two. For two days they could not send a notification of arrival to the post office at the reception - they typed the address incorrectly. On the third floor there is a terrace near the restaurant. There is a sauna, but you need to sign up 2 hours in advance. Overall, the impression is pleasant, but expensive :)

My review is not about staying at a hotel. Perhaps the rooms deserve 5 stars. I met with clients in the lobby of the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is not for meetings at all. It's kind of nondescript, "worn out". Well, not for the level of such a hotel. A small lobby where you can't even drink coffee.
In addition, it is the tallest building in Atyrau, and there is no observation deck. It was disappointing.

The hotel is not bad. I was in a 3-bed room. Where there was a huge bed and a sofa in the living room. I liked everything very much and I'm happy with everything. 4 stars, because apparently there was no control over the repairmen, everything is beautiful, but if you look closely, there are some shoals and ugly things everywhere. The table in the living room has been repaired more than once. The bathroom is glued with a thick layer of sealant to the wall. But the room has its own stove with extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, safe, lots of built-in wardrobes. Two TVs (not very modern), again, the bed is huge! You can sleep both along and across. The first impression in the room was just wow!!! And a day later I got used to looking around and began to notice flaws. And here's another one. Service. Very polite and friendly staff! I liked. If it were possible to put 4.5 stars, I would put 4.5.

I'm very tired. Repairs are needed! Swollen mirrors, mold somewhere, shower doors don't work. Stains on the bathroom from repair materials. The heat is very poorly regulated. It's either very hot or very cold.
Excellent kitchenette. But I would like things like dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder to be given out. Otherwise, the meaning is lost from them. We do the laundry anyway upon arrival home, the dishes are washed by the staff. It doesn't make sense to buy huge packages for 2-4 days

In general, the apartments are not bad, but:
1. There is an unbearable smell in the bathroom.
2. Water is brought only on request, it would be nice to check the availability of 2 bottles of water in the apartment every day.
3. Dental kit, shaving kit on request. At the time of check-in late in the evening, there was neither one nor the other in the room. The request was informed that they would bring it in the morning at 09:00.
4. It is terribly cold in the rooms, -1 outside and -1 in the room. The air conditioners do not work in heating mode.
5. The choice of breakfast option is very limited - scrambled eggs or porridge. The buffet option would be better.
