In general, the impression of the rest remained positive, the staff was responsive, everyone was very friendly, helped with solving some problems at the hotel, there are enough Russian-speaking staff, to varying degrees. On cleaning 4/5, they wiped it well, but only after we were scared about this issue at the reception, towels were changed every day, shampoos were cleaned and updated too, plus very creative cleaners.
According to nutrition, 4/5 were well fed in the snack bar, very tasty snacks and various sweets, very tasty buns in the pastry shop, plus there are many different drinks in the bars, and everything was almost always available, they made all sorts of different cocktails, alcohol is one solid vodka and beer, the quality of alcohol is 3. The main restaurant leaves much to be desired The menu was monotonous, but there was always something delicious on the grill in the restaurant, there were also themed dinners, a lot of delicious and different desserts, watermelons, apples and oranges were made from fruits. There was a melon once.
Everything is fine in animation 5/5, they spoke Russian, there were a lot of different programs every evening, there were national dances and a lottery, and children's animation, although standard, but on top.
The rooms are large and spacious, the furniture is good, there is a lot of space, the safe worked, there were no problems with water, there is a kettle in the room, a refrigerator (there was no mini bar).
There were also constant problems with one of the pools, it was cleaned every other time, and it was constantly dirty. The slides worked for 2, but people were not confused by anything and rode from all sides.
In general, the hotel is very good for your money, you did not stay hungry, there was entertainment, the sea is very good, both by bus and on foot.

A good economy hotel. The food is at the highest level, for four stars. The rooms are small, there is practically no balcony. The pools are clean, the sea is a kilometer away, but they are transported strictly according to schedule. Who cares - the attitude towards Russians is good, friendly. There is a Russian-speaking staff. We booked on our own, we liked everything very much, price / quality

In September 2020, food and alcohol were quite at the level of the budget five, otherwise everything is as in most such hotels, rooms, pools, slides, the sea and the bus stop are far away, it is quite suitable for the picky.

The hotel is offered as 5 stars, but it does not pull even a weak three
The staff of the catering point (I cannot call the place of food a restaurant) is frankly rude, perhaps they are tired of standing and serving food,
The room itself is dirty, and despite the fact that it was built only in 2019, it already looks like it has been used for 10 years
The same situation is in the room.
The food offered to vacationers is monotonous,
There is no natural food (except grilled fish for dinner and shawarma on a spit at the beach bar )
An ancient minibus takes you to the beach (the door is wrapped with tape), offering the hotel the operator says that the beach is no more than 1 km away, but there is much more.
There is a wasteland around the hotel-a field with tall reeds, to go out in the evening, you need to have a lot of courage
To be honest, I am not a picky person, but even with my patience I barely had enough for 8 days of rest
During these days I have met many interesting and worthy people, but I have never heard a positive review about this hotel, so I can confidently say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO YOU UNDER ANY SAUCE

Among the advantages: the sea is clean, towels are provided everywhere and as much as you want (you don't need to carry them with you) , the animation is cool, the rooms are large and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned for 5, the bar is open until 3 o'clock for sure. For children there is a Playground, trampoline, mini club.
Of the cons: the food was good at first (meat, strawberries, cherries were always there) at the end of the vacation there was only one SOY ... I did not get a hair dryer for 7 days, the elevator does not always work, the hotel is in the field, construction, the staff in Russian is not hello ...
Will I return to this hotel again!? Only if for 15 thousand per person

In principle, I liked everything. I might even go there again. Minus 1 star for room cleaning. You can say no to it. I went at a discount, for pennies. Therefore, in general, everything turned out great for that kind of money.

We had a rest in September. We arrived at night, we were told that there were no available rooms, we were taken to spend the night in another hotel, which is a level higher. The next day we were picked up. We were given a 2-room family room, spacious, clean, nice room. The air conditioner did not work, they told the receptionist, everything was fixed immediately, 2 air conditioners worked well. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and executive. The restaurant is too small for so many vacationers, too crowded. The food is for an amateur, not everything was pleasant, but you can choose. In the evening there was a lamb kebab, grilled meat, dorada fish. Cheese of different types, vegetables in sufficient quantity. From 12 to 16 ice cream. On the beach from 12 there was also something to eat, drinks, corn. A large air-conditioned bus takes you to the beach. There are 2 pools, one of them with a slide. The territory is too small, there is nowhere to walk. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars, but it is quite consistent with the price we paid for the tours. Overall, we had a good rest.

We visited this hotel in October 2019, now in September 2020 we bought vouchers to Lara again. The hotel is not bad, there is a price-quality ratio. After reading the reviews, I can add only one thing: "people!, who write bad reviews, buy a ticket for 700 thousand for two, and then wait for super-duper service, yes, there are better hotels in Turkey, but in Lara the cost is always very budget." A lot more depends on your mood for rest.
So: the sea is far away, but the bus was constantly running, the rooms were good, animation for children every day, food - you will not be hungry, the beach is very well equipped, you have never been stuck in the elevator, the air conditioner worked, the door did not creak.

We stayed at the hotel from August 10th to 17th. 3 adults and two children.
They settled us in building A number 1606, there was no hot water, the next day they could only fix it. The room is poorly cleaned. The door creaked, the air conditioner in the room flowed. The door was oiled on its own.
We had breakfast in the morning, breakfast is generally normal.
We went to the bus to the beach, it was some kind of nightmare, everyone was pushing and did not fit on the bus... In the last days of rest, a large bus of the 80s was added, which was about to fall apart, but it could not take everyone to the beach and back. The bus is driving in the opposite lane, there is no safety.
The beach is dirty, everything is in cigarette butts, the garbage is not cleaned. There is broken glass. On the beach, drinks are diluted from a watering hose, including milk drinks, and the floor is washed from the same hose.
There are not enough towels, sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses for everyone.
For lunch and dinner, 30 minutes before the opening of the dining room, there is a queue to sit on the open highway because it is not possible to sit inside, there are no air conditioners and they fry indoors, which makes it even hotter. Poorly baked meat and dirty dishes!!!
We got stuck in the elevator several times.
An intourist doesn't care about all the claims. The administrators only pretend to listen to you.
This hotel does not correspond to 3*.
There is a Vkontakte group, but for bad reviews they block and really protect this hotel.

Guys, this is just a nightmare! So my husband and I came to this hotel, settled us in the attic on the top floor where the ceilings are 150 cm high, the air conditioners do not work and just a bath in the room from the heated roof, we went to swear, offered an allegedly unofficial room for an additional fee, there was nowhere better to go, we had to pay (we asked for 40 bucks but bargained for 20). The horror did not end there, so they moved us, my husband went to the shower and after that we raked all the water out of the bathtub because the drain did not work and the whole floor was ankle-deep in water. The second room was given on the 6th floor, the elevators did not work periodically, they never stopped on our floor, even in working condition. The scariest thing is the balcony, it is only a meter wide, the railing is not fixed and the stained glass window is glass, everything is shaky, it is dangerous to stand on the balcony! The food is not varied, either poultry or fish is nothing else. The lid of the piano was slammed shut by the case of my husband's birthday when I came to the reception to ask if they were congratulating the birthday people, they told me yes, come on the morning of the birthday and we had to organize a surprise, I come up on day X and they tell me we did not promise this and we never congratulate anyone, then pretended that they did not know Russian well and We switched our attention to other guests! It's a shame, the hotel of 2019, instead of gaining status, they drown it deeper and deeper! If you don't want your vacation to be ruined, don't go to this hotel! He doesn't even pull 3!The hotel guide was rude, after we refused a paid tour, blocked us everywhere and stopped responding!

We had a rest from June 10th to 17th. We were sold a ticket to a "new" hotel, in fact the hotel turned out to be "in the process of construction". We arrived at 12 a.m. and were checked into a room with construction debris inside (construction dust was everywhere, remnants of tiles, wires sticking out of the walls). We were able to change the room only by lunch the next day, but the first night we had to get nervous listening to the sounds of construction work. Many vacationers immediately demanded a change of hotel from the tour operator, someone left. We stayed. I must say that the staff tried their best to please the guests, all friendly, helpful (they practically speak neither English nor Russian, sign language helped out) were "Taken out" by animators - they charged them with their positivity for sure.
The hotel is located on the second line, 3 km from the sea (well, definitely not 1 km, as they say in the description) and the road goes not through a park or a pleasant alley, but through a field with reeds. There is a bus every hour (maybe the interval has already been shortened), the first at 9 am, the last from the beach at 17:45. In the evening, a shopping shuttle is organized every day, but they take you to the nearest shopping center (we used this bus just to get to civilization bypassing the field of reeds)
The food was delicious, a lot, but the choice of dishes is definitely not for a 5-star hotel (the choice of fruits is very limited, there was no seafood at all, except fish)
Neither the fitness room nor the spa was working during our visit. However, construction work and landscaping were in full swing and the way the territory looked on the day of arrival was strikingly different from what it had become when we left.
In general, we came to the conclusion that the hotel will become what it is advertised in the future, but not at this stage. We were definitely not staying in a 5-star hotel, but we liked the rest. Go or not, decide for yourself. I will not attach photos of the unfinished room either, I hope they don't look like that anymore. In general, the photos that are attached to the description of the hotel are very close to reality, but keep in mind, there is no such landscaping, it was planted only this year and these are young plants.

A normal hotel for my money, I went for 12 nights for 35 thousand and it was at the end of July, all the problems that appeared, they immediately tried to fix them and it turned out not bad, and the kitchen is just at the level of hotels from other price categories (i.e. much higher)

It's very dirty, in a 5-star hotel, coffee from a vending machine with milk powder is unacceptable! All the dishes are unwashed, I admit, when it's one or two plates or mugs, here all the dishes are covered in leftovers and traces of lipstick! The food was stale, it smelled like sour food, and the pasta and vegetables were stewed, for 6 days of rest, it was twice-this is unacceptable! There is no animation, it simply does not exist, the guests have fun themselves. At the early check-out, they didn't even put together a human lunch box, they ran out of boxes, it was funny and sad at the same time. A complete disappointment. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone else!

The rooms are not cleaned. In the room you walk along the corridor (dirt) food for 4. The bus to the beach is ancient. There is no WiFi. It doesn't smell like 5 stars. If it's for free, it will go, but I won't come back, it's better to pass it on
Overpay 5-10k and do not worry.
Give life 2 out of 9 days with towels and toilet paper!? And 7 days to ask/search for them
