A cool and modern place to relax. The houses are not large, but very clean, bright, pleasant and freshly renovated, which are nice to be in.
There is everything you need on site.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, but for me it's not a minus. If you like walking and relaxing holidays , without crowds like in Sochi , then I recommend the Atmosphere🫶🏻🔥

A wonderful hotel, with a lot of advantages:
+ friendly staff
+ cleanliness
+ the numbers match the photos
+ comfortable furniture
+ the ability to take everything from a SIM card to a car for a comfortable stay
The disadvantages are quite forgivable:
- I would still like a kettle in the room, there seems to be no need for chairs there, it would be better to replace them with a table (but this is delicious)
- it is quite far from the shops, but in general everything is not very good with them in Abkhazia
What should be considered when choosing an atmosphere:
* It is necessary to walk to the sea. 10 minutes to a wild beach, 25-30 minutes to an incredibly awesome beach
*Be sure to buy a SIM card, it's hard without it
* Taxis are not cheap compared even to St. Petersburg, and the country itself is not cheap
*The rooms are small
*A hairdryer, if necessary, you need to take it with you, there is an iron in the hotel
*Shared kitchen, dishes and all the like - the same
I can't estimate it by five in terms of price-quality ratio in comparison with the same Crimea and Novorossiysk visited this year

Very cool, modern, clean and cozy houses! Much better than in a hotel, where every sound of the neighbors can be heard through the wall. The houses for two are compact, but for two it is quite comfortable. My parents lived in a double room, and my husband, my child and I took a large house. This is not the first time in Abkhazia and we were pleasantly surprised that it is very clean and modern here. Excellent manager and the manager you booked with! Everyone can tell you. A big plus is that the staff is from Russia. It feels like they are working with a soul, and not just to cut down money.
There is a shared cool kitchen, where you can watch TV, have breakfast and just sit together. There is information on excursions and local taxis in the kitchen, so there were no problems with movement and entertainment. There is also a car for rent, it is also convenient 🔥 we took a minivan for the whole family (4 adults, 1 child) - and quietly moved around the country. My parents walked to the beach (10 minutes), we drove with a child and a stroller in 2 minutes. There are a couple of canteens on the way to the beach, the food is very tasty, there has never been anything spoiled. The only thing is that there is no store nearby. We drove by car to the market and to the grocery store.
The impressions are wonderful, the vacationers are wonderful, the staff are great!! We wish prosperity to this small atmospheric place! We are waiting for the pool next year))
