I have been using the transportation services of this company for a long time. Usually by minibuses Minsk-Grodno. I am coming from Russia to Belarus and I do not have a Belarusian number. There were no problems before. But on the last trip from Grodno to Minsk, the driver canceled my reservation at the last moment, which I found out absolutely by accident by logging into the application. I called support, they told me that the driver couldn't get through and canceled the reservation, and there were no seats left for this minibus. They replied to my indignation that you either need to use a Belarusian SIM card (thanks for the advice, cap), or write a comment for the driver that "I'm definitely going."
Dear company, how was I supposed to find out about these rules? To avoid such situations, I recommend that you write in more detail about the booking conditions in the application, either do not allow you to book a trip to a Russian number, or confirm on WhatsApp / tg. Or, as a last resort, send cancellation notifications in any way convenient to you.
PS It's good that I always avoid too short transfers and leave in advance. I had a plane in Minsk that day and your company could have ruined my trip.

I bought a ticket online to Bialystok Grodno. I arrived at the bus station ahead of time. I wanted to see where the bus leaves from, which platform. And the app just hung up and didn't work. I walked around the bus station looking for where the bus leaves from. As a result, after calling the support service, they told me that the bus had left. They refused to contact the driver and refused to give me a phone number. I was left alone at a train station in another country. No one called me, although I was online in Viber and other messengers. No one shouted anything when he left, and how strange. And whether he was even there. The money was paid, I did not receive the service.
They acted meanly and abominably. I cried into the phone and asked for the driver's details to contact me. To which I was offered to buy the last ticket for the morning. But the app and the website also didn't work.

I highly recommend it. Not a single unpleasant moment in many times. But we are talking only about international flights. Inside the republic, everything is much worse: first of all, constant distractions from the road by talking on the phone, and sometimes even worse, texting. The management definitely needs to pay attention to this, for example, to put online cameras.
