I didn't even have time to say a word in defense) For some reason, I hooked my children, like what kind of example I'm giving them, and a lot more unnecessary, irrelevant text (the children, by the way, then asked "mom, why is she yelling at you"). Dear administrator, you work with people. And if you don't know how to do it, there are many professions where you can avoid it. The administrator at the shopping center is like a hostess at a hotel, creates a first impression. It's a pity that you don't understand this.
