Very friendly hosts, they prompted and told me everything.
At the booking stage, we answered all your questions.
We celebrated the new year at the base, and the holiday was a success.
There is a large banquet hall and fireplace room on site, which makes this place even more cozy and comfortable, as we had a large company.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable.
In general, everything was fine, this is the place where you want to return.
And what makes this place even more picturesque is the river, which is located just below the base, where you can stand with a cup of coffee and admire the nature, which is gorgeous in Abkhazia.
Olginsiky waterfall and Chernigov Gorge are also not far away.
Highly recommend it!

We accidentally stopped by this wonderful corner yesterday evening after the tour.We just wanted to have dinner and stayed the night.A wonderful complex in a quiet and picturesque place.A spacious cafe with a fireplace, where we spent the evening with pleasure.The room is spacious.The staff is friendly, the food was prepared quickly and tasty.It is convenient to stop when excursions outside Sukhum are planned.Special thanks for the morning congratulations on Dr.It was unexpected, sweet and pleasant!

A great place to relax. Not far from the main highway, without the hustle and bustle of the city, there is a mountain river under the windows, a vineyard grows nearby, and mountain views. Chernihiv waterfalls are within walking distance. Great room, great food in the restaurant. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I definitely recommend it

A very cool Park hotel, which has a cafe with a very tasty and varied Abkhazian cuisine! Khachapur with egg, smoked meat, Abkhazian meat, Feihua compote, pizza, awesome desserts. Everything is prepared in front of you with any wishes, unlike other restaurants. Super warm attitude of the staff towards the hotel guests. The rooms are clean, everything is present and matches the photos. Closed parking next to your room. The place is very picturesque, with a river where you can catch trout. Tried on my own fishing rod with a loaf)
I advise you to stay with your family or without, if there are of course free places! We booked through the Island, the reservation was instantly confirmed, which we really liked! We lived for two weeks, we didn't want to leave this heavenly place at all!

I really liked it! I recommend it for those who need a quality relaxing holiday. It is located away from the crowds of tourists. The sea is 15 minutes away by car on a straight paved road. There is a restaurant at the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby there are beautiful places, waterfalls, a gorge, an ancient temple. I recommend visiting Chernihiv, it is very beautiful. A few meters away there are tents where locals sell their products from the garden, blanks, cheaper than in the market.
The host is very friendly and sociable. He told me everything, made a compliment in the form of dessert!
The rooms are fresh and clean, with white bed linen. Our windows overlooked the vineyards, and on the other side there is a river. And all this for a very affordable price!

We stopped by to eat, we stayed hungry. For a vacation in Abkhazia, we had never been "not tasty" before. A portion of solyanka for 580 rubles should be at least twice as much, meat without veins and other things. The meat in the pan was also disappointing: boiled meat was served with "stewed" raw vegetables. The staff is polite. The territory of the complex is well-groomed, beautiful, the air here is wonderful!

A wonderful hotel! It is suitable for those who travel by car. We arrived at night, after a 17-hour traffic jam. There was no room in the hotel, but the owner said he couldn't leave us outside and would come up with something. He arranged a room for us and brought clean towels from his room. Thank him very much for his hospitality! The rooms are clean, large enough, in the mountains with fresh air. We will definitely come back here!

A great place to stay in Abkhazia. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and there is also Parking for a car. If you are without a personal car, then it will be difficult for you to travel to the city. I can't say anything about the cafe, we ate a couple of times. For its price, a great place to stay. The territory is guarded by a fighting dog and a red cat, so you are safe)

A magnificent hotel. It is very cozy and bright. The room is comfortable and clean. The view from the window was stunning - at the vineyard and the river. There is also a cafe and a restaurant where you will be tasty and well fed. We tried all the dishes of the national cuisine - everything is fine, the portions are huge. The staff is very hospitable. We really enjoyed it, had a quiet, family vacation.

On the way to Chernihiv Waterfall with an excursion, we were taken to this terrible place.Since it was in the fall and there were no people, the guide said that they were waiting for us and prepared delicious food for themselves, everything at home.But to my great regret-these were just words.Apart from our bus (34 passengers), there was no one from the vacationers. We were met on the street with cold food.They warmed up everything in portions, took away one plate at a time somewhere. The barbecue ended on the second order (and we are 34 people).They offered chicken, but those who got it got very old, It was rotten and stank a lot.The hodgepodge was without meat, just tomato paste diluted with fat.Meat with vegetables in fat and also in tomato paste. Grilled vegetables are just a cool theme, blue and pepper poured with oil.The impression is certainly terrible.The staff was running somewhere all the time, fussing and shouting at their own.Everything was somehow not organized.Everyone was waiting for the order for 30 minutes. And this despite the fact that they were waiting for us. A very bad place with disgusting food.I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
