I was in Bukhara for the first time. This hotel is located in the old center, it is convenient to get to the sights. The room is clean, towels are changed if necessary, scattered things are beautifully folded. The room has a kettle, tea bags, and water bottles. Breakfast is a buffet with snacks, national and familiar to us - scrambled eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and cheesecakes.Unfortunately, the staff doesn't know much Russian. And they don't give us the usual A4 service agreement for those who are on a business trip (or we got such an administrator), they use A6 receipts+ a check. We used the laundry service - we handed in our shirts for ironing, it's cheap.
The hotel has a very good location: in the historical center, but not near noisy places. There are many cafes, restaurants, shopping domes nearby. Good, delicious breakfasts (buffet), the restaurant is large. Of the cons: coffee is only instant.
Some of the rooms are renovated, some are not. We had a room in which tiles were broken in the bathroom, very old plumbing, one tile was directly knocked out under the bathroom and there was a hole in the concrete.
There is only water and glasses in the room, there is no kettle and no possibility to make tea. We didn't have a refrigerator either. We found out that he was in other rooms, promised to fix it, bring everything, but we didn't do it for 2 days.
A good mattress and pillows. The heating didn't work, but you can heat the room with an air conditioner.
The hotel has good Internet, much better than in other hotels in other cities of Uzbekistan where we were.
I didn't really like it. The first impression was good, but then I saw the hornets. they were flying calmly. The room was dirty. There wasn't really a bathtub, just a square. the shower is broken.
