After reading the reviews, I drove cautiously. But everything was just fine. The rooms are small but cozy, clean, towels were changed, cleaned well. The street is quiet. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, if you go downstairs there is a wonderful cafe with the freshest pastries and delicious coffee. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a pleasant stay, for good cleaning, for hospitality.
Special thanks to Rasul. Responsive, ready to help on any issue, even not related to his direct duties. A real professional.I recommend the hotel to everyone.
Excellent hotel, 200 m from the tram stop, the hotel is clean, beautiful furniture, if you want to bring a guest, don't get your hopes up. They didn't even let me bring my suitcase in for 5 minutes. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room.
I had a bed, a sofa, a table
The room is spacious
An interesting button system - inside there is a get out, do not disturb, etc. button. And they light up outside near the door
I didn't take breakfast, I can't say
I recommend hotel 100%
Wonderful hotel! I liked the service, the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and cozy, cleaning was carried out every day. The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul, so most of the attractions are within walking distance)
Well, what can I say, 3 as it is, maybe even 2 somewhere. The bathroom floor is very cold, there are no slippers for this case. The room itself is very small, although they took the standard. Well, it's a little dirty by itself, even though it was cleaned.. But! We found a room with a view of the Bosphorus, which was very pleasant. We mostly chose a hotel based on the calculation of not very expensive, but the center of Sultanahmet. So we were expecting this 😊
The hotel is located near Hagia Sophia. On a quiet street. However, it is lined with uneven paving stones. Shoes should be protected. The room was on the 4th floor, small but cozy. The room has everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. You need to go to another hotel for zaatrak. By the way, the staff speaks Russian there.
The location is the center. The breakfasts are quite acceptable. Clear. The street is quiet, you can get enough sleep. The room is small, but with a view of the Bosphorus.
Small, cozy, comfortable, in the historical center of Istanbul. Nearby is a wonderful cafe Ortaklar with a local flavor on the 2nd floor and a 3rd Europeanized one.
Recommend 👍
We were in December and May, right 💞
The hotel is great. We had a spacious room with a balcony. Everything in the room matches the photos. The pr staff does not speak Russian. The location is very advantageous. Many attractions are within walking distance. The only thing that upset me was the difficulty of getting a taxi to the hotel. The taxi to the hotel simply does not arrive, but leaves tourists on the next street.
The worst hotel! They moved into a room where there is one bedside table and one outlet for 2. There is no table and chairs, there is nowhere to drink tea. The room smells damp, dirty walls, painted. The shower doors are broken. They did not respond to the request to move to a normal room until the travel agency intervened. There is no iron in the hotel😳😱
I flew to Istanbul for a hair transplant, and at the same time to see the city and shop around. Since there were more positive reviews about the hotel than bad ones, as well as taking into account the price and good location, it seemed to me that it would be quite suitable for my purposes. The adventures began immediately upon arrival. The peculiarity of the hotel is that it is almost impossible to drive up to it, in addition, taking into account traffic jams and the fact that cars in Sultanahmet are left on the roads, literally blocking driveways, it is also difficult to get close to it. In fairness, I must say that there are many such hotels there. As a result, the guide showed me the way to the hotel on Google maps and poisoned me with God. After some unsuccessful ordeals up and down the narrow cobblestones and questioning the locals, I decided it was time to eat something, and settled down in a nearby restaurant. I connected to wi-fi there, contacted the guide, who sent me the location of the hotel. On a burst of cheerfulness from eating a kebab, armed with a screenshot of a new route, I finally managed to reach my goal. At first, I was offered a reserved standard. The room turned out to be so cat-like, shabby and with a scary view of the courtyard that I hurried to abandon it, asking for a replacement for another category. Of the following category, only a room in the basement with a window in a concrete cup below the road level was available. It was already bigger and even equipped with a safe, but when trying to open the window, it immediately filled with carbon monoxide fumes from passing cars. I told the receptionist that this was also not an option, to which he replied that there were no more available rooms and promised to move me to a room with a sea view, but tomorrow, which happened. The third room also had a pretty shabby look (photo attached), but it was already possible to live there. There were only thin plastic cups in the room and, confused by the fact that this is still a three-star hotel, I asked for glass ones, to which I received an unexpected answer: as it turned out, the boss of the hotel uses glass ones, and if he finds out that they were given to me, he will be very unhappy. The most interesting thing began the day after the operation. Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, I was told that I had stained a towel, a pillowcase and a sheet (only the first two items were presented as evidence) with a demand to pay 70 euros. According to the doctor's instructions, I should have slept on an airplane pillow, which I did, but apparently I turned over in my sleep. I examined the artifacts in the form of a torn towel and a gray battered pillowcase and realized that I was being bred. In order to resolve the situation, he offered to pay half the amount, although it was determined a lot. In response, the owner of the hotel, Ahmed, through the administrator who knew Russian, offered me to buy new underwear and attach hotel tags to it. I agreed to the purchase with the proviso that they would sew on the hotel tags themselves. Where can I get them?) Ahmed did not agree with this option and again began to demand money. It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the whole conversation was conducted in an unfriendly nervous manner, in raised tones. As a result, the would-be owner left the reception, telling the administrator not to let me into the room until I paid the fine. It should be said here that there are a lot of divorces in Istanbul, and Turks are different from quite friendly to such assholes, but this is the first case of openly hostile attitude on the part of the hotel administration, with my considerable experience as a traveler and the ability to talk calmly in different situations. Therefore, for those who have read to the end, I will give a simple and practical advice: if you value your money and nerves, stay away from this hotel.
We stopped for half the night, so we didn't have a complete picture. The administrators are responsive, there is a Russian speaker. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is a fifteen-minute slow walk from Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Disadvantage: the rooms open directly onto the landing with an elevator, and the elevator rings pleasantly when stopping. Once is nice, the whole evening is not so good. (At the same time, the neighbors did not hear.) Specifics: the entire hotel quarter is located on hills with streets in one lane. It can be difficult for cars and pedestrians to disperse. And there is also an oriental flavor: everything is in "gilding".
I've never seen a worse hotel. The economy rooms are in the basement, tiny.
For two people, they give out one towel for the face and one for the legs - and then figure it out for yourself. when asked to correct the situation, silence.
Administrators are young people who play computer games or on the phone and do not pay attention to who comes in or out. Until you call them, they won't even turn around.
You need to go to a nearby hotel for breakfast.
I won't recommend it even to the worst enemy.
Look at the positive aspects. A good location. There is a racetrack nearby and all the sights on it. On the other side there is a tram, you will go down - a food court and access to the Marmara Sea. We were supposed to live in this hotel, but they put us in the next one. I really liked it. We didn't come to sleep. Breakfast and go! 30,000 steps a day turned out.
A 2-day stay in Istanbul is what you need. Close to literally everything you need - the main attractions, restaurants. Relatively clean, there are rooms with very good views of the Bosphorus and the old roofs of the houses. Colorful. Don't take breakfast. Nothing and a crowd of people. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, opening at 10:00.
Tourists do not enter this hotel, now I'm familiar with talking about a little hair dye left in the bed linen and asking for 30 euros for it, they did not even clean it 👎👎👎👎👎
Very cozy, nice hotel. Great location. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning and the Dior receptionist. Thank you for your hard work, the guys are really doing their job successfully.
The hotel is elegant in Turkish)) If you are ready to live in rooms with gold stucco, then this is the perfect place)) Cleaning is daily, everything necessary for life is there. Breakfasts are included, quite hearty. The only thing is that they feed at the hotel next door (70 m somewhere from the entrance to our hotel).
Upon check-in, the room was not ready (full trash cans). A beautiful photo of the room does not convey the presence of dust in the carved interior decor (cleaning is not of high quality), in the bathroom there is mold in the corners. Breakfast was not ordered - the kitchen is next to the reception at the entrance. The view from the window was not particularly pleasing to the eye - an unfinished building.
Good location - walking distance to all major attractions, there are grocery stores nearby.
A cozy little hotel in the center, near Sultanamet and St. Sophia, breakfasts in the neighboring hotel are not varied, rather European than Turkish, not like on the coast, but they did not expect anything else. The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, split- we were with them in January, and they warmed up. There is a hair dryer. The staff is friendly, although they do not really understand Russian, and my knowledge of English and theirs are the same - "du yu, but not very much," although everyone understood everything in the end. I am quite satisfied
Not a big cozy hotel .We lived on the third floor. The balcony window overlooks the Bosphorus Strait. Beautiful rooms .Not bad breakfasts .The staff is very polite. I would like to personally mention Andrey. There are many historical sites nearby .If we come back to Istanbul, we will stay at this hotel. Polina and Victor.
This is the first time in our lives. We paid for the room to the tour operator, upon arrival it turned out that there was a refusal in the room. We waited a day for check-in, because there are no rooms. Well, stealing apple headphones from the room is a huge minus
It seems to me that the staff themselves write good reviews about this hotel. The staff is not that friendly, they just don't even say hello! We moved into a basement with a view of the landfill, changed the room for only $ 50! We came to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday, I asked if I could congratulate her from the hotel? In words) no!!!! I was refused!!!!! For the first time in my life I see this ((( I do not recommend it to anyone
