Everything is fine, except for the service at the hotel. The hotel has rules, but they don't seem to exist, you will learn a lot of nuances in fact.
The room may or may not be cleaned, one person at the reception says one thing, the other says another.
We booked in March for June, the price was the same, upon arrival they roll out a new cost to us. Although it was not indicated anywhere that the water park is not included, on the contrary, it is announced that the entrance to the water park is free for guests. Like the tariffs from June are different and they automatically put all the reservations made earlier on a new price)It took a long time to find out, as a result, they paid a little extra for the water park.
And so in many matters, a lot of things are not discussed and are not informed.
Otherwise, there are no questions about the room, breakfast. The only thing is there is no coffee, no baking.

During the 5 days of stay, the bed linen was never changed, the cleaning was never done, they did not even give water, although they left it on the handle of the front door to clean, to the question at the end of the stay, "why have they never cleaned?" they replied that it was necessary to speak personally

The hotel at the water park is just something! There are a lot of advantages!
The breakfast is great.
The staff is polite and if you need help they will not refuse. The girl at the reception is very responsive, she helped us find what we were looking for. We are newcomers and did not understand much about Yandex maps. The girl coordinated us very quickly according to our request.
And I almost forgot!
If you are staying at the hotel, then the entrance to the water park is included! And I want to tell you another bonus!

Why 3 , the hotel is far from everything . On weekends, the restaurant plays music until nightfall. Bad breakfasts . In general, it's not bad.

A clean new hotel. Breakfast of your choice (not a buffet). The buffet includes desserts, fruits, sweets, cheese, sweets, tea and coffee. The rooms are great. Of the disadvantages, it is far from the center, but 5-7 minutes to the metro at a brisk pace. The water park was closed (out of season), I do not comment.

Cool aqua complex, courteous staff, pleasant and modern music, clean and modern changing rooms. Clean water in the pools. I had a very cool time. Of the cons: there are a lot of dishes on the menu that were not there (more than half of the menu), the slides are turned on and off according to their own, unclear schedule.
