On the way back, we stopped at Tokhminsky waterfalls, in Akulovka, where it is highly recommended to eat soup with red fish, very tasty. We arrived at the hotel at about 12 at night. The last day at 8.50 am was evicted, we were in Kronstadt and Peterhof (2.5 hours). We agreed that I can say that the check-in took place in an unfinished hotel, where there was concrete instead of the ceiling, the breakfasts, which were for $ 5, were super, they warned about this already on the trip, but I advise you to agree, because there was plenty to choose from. Immediately after the bus, before checking into the hotel, the tour after 16 hours on the bus, we changed money and went on an excursion, we had a shortened one, because most of the bus were already sweaty and smelly, they wanted to go to the hotel, and after sunset it is hardly possible to measure all the beauties of Tbilisi, the essence of the tour: we went to the right place in the dark, they told us what it was and we left. Check-in already in Georgia did not happen after 2, because during the trip they called and said that they were waiting for us a little later due to cleaning problems, so we sat at an additional stop in the heat and waited for our rooms to be cleaned, as well as check-out before 14:00 in my understanding is yours if you want, you can at least at 6:00, even at 13:50, but, as it turned out, you had to check out at 11, because the rooms did not have time to clean, but there is a nuance here, they broke into us at 10 a.m. to clean everything and take away the bedding so that it could be washed. By the way, about cleaning, toilet paper needs to be begged every other time, the entrance to the toilet is through the balcony, which was a shock to us, we also had a broken window in the toilet, through which birds flew, but no one cared, thank you that the room itself was exactly like in the picture (by the way, here, as luck would have it, there were good rooms), we returned back already on the reserved seat and here the most pleasant thing was, we were given 6 side seats and 7 were a little further away from us, that is, according to the list, mom and 9-year-old child were in different places on the upper shelves, for which special thanks to our manager, who assured That everything will be fine.

We took a weekend tour of St. Petersburg-Karelia. There were mixed impressions. The first thing that confused me was the cost. The tour cost 110$+100 bel.r. per person. There were two of us. They immediately paid 200 Bel.r. and two weeks before departure 110 $ in Belarusian (as required by the travel agency), the rest (110 $ and excursions) on the bus. We started collecting money only at night at the first stop in Russia. And that's what confused us, they didn't charge us $ 110, but $ 120 allegedly from two people for $ 60 each. There was no desire to prove anything and find out (because there is no connection, it's night outside). Although everything has already been paid for one. On the last day there was an excursion to two palaces (Catherine and Alexander). We paid for them as soon as we raised the money in Russia. But for some reason, the escort did not buy tickets in advance, and on the day of the visit, tickets to one of the palaces went up in price and we had to pay extra. Plus, no one informed in advance that you need to pay a tour tax for every night in Russia for 100 Russian rubles per person. Accordingly, there were unforeseen expenses through no fault of our own.
Secondly, those who did not go to Karelia stayed on their own all day. Do whatever you want. Someone will consider this a plus, but my personal opinion is that it is a minus. For this money, we were taken for a ride through some historical buildings and churches, where we could just stand next to each other and take pictures, then we were taken to the bank of the Neva River, where we, along with other people, looked at the bridges. I think it's clear that there was nothing paid for this tour, except for the bus.

We purchased a ticket to Anapa and back from the Atlantic Travel travel agency in August 2023. We are 2 adults and a child of 7 years old. Before buying a ride (and going there for 1.5 days), I was interested in the following questions.
1. The year of manufacture of the bus? - they didn't tell me. In fact, a bus arrived, which is 20 years old, and maybe more.
2. Is there an air conditioner? - they said he would be there. Yes, there was an air conditioner, they didn't die from the heat, but many were blown out. I arrived with a runny nose and a sore throat. When we were driving back, strange things happened to him in general: in the first half of the bus, people froze and asked to turn off, but it was like in a bathhouse behind us.
3. The availability of WiFi? They immediately said that he would not be there. And they assured me that none of the other travel agencies either, they say, don't even look for it, no one in Russia definitely has it.
4. Do you have a TV? They said there would be a TV. It was a TV, small and fat, with a kinescope. There were glare from the sun from other people's windows on the TV and the movie was visible only when it got dark.
5. What about the seating arrangements? They said that the seating is done a couple of days before departure. They offered to buy seating for 30 rubles per person for a fee. But we refused, because we were assured that small children and pensioners would be put in front anyway, this is absolutely certain, and the family would definitely be put together, respectively, we were sure that they would be put in the beginning. It was important to me, I did not know how the child would carry the road, I booked a tour for August in February and was sure that early booking + a child would give us normal seats anyway.
In fact, the seating was found out only after entering the bus from Diana's supervisor, they refused to inform in advance, and Diana's phone turns on 2 hours before the bus departs (this was written in the message about the departure time.)
By the way, about the message. We were informed of the departure time at 14 o'clock the day before the departure of the bus! This is as inconvenient as possible, considering that we live 170km from Minsk and we had to come there the next day - the three of us and with bags. But not everyone has a car and sometimes you need to get to Minsk by other means of transport. We were shocked, but I didn't say anything only because we were allocated 4 places for three of us. Well, at least they compensated for it somehow. Curator Diana, after seating us and listening to all the complaints and quarrels (of course, they were, she just ran around and persuaded people to change places), said that she was not going with us and all the issues were solved by the drivers, they say they are accompanying). This is the first time I've seen such a long tour unaccompanied.
The drivers (there were two of them) turned out to be very pleasant, made enough stops, counted us every time, drove carefully, answered all questions and so on. In general, the drivers were great and everyone was satisfied with them. That's the only good thing about this trip.
On the road, during communication, it turned out that the bus is a combined hodgepodge of many travel agencies that sold seats to their tourists.
And the curator Diana informed the tourists that the bus does not deliver to the hotels, they say, get there as you want, call a taxi. But I only had a passage, so I have no complaints here. But the rest of them were offended that after paying a travel agency for a tour, they had to look for their hotel in a strange city. But some were met by the owners.
It was very hard and long to drive, there were uncomfortable seats on the bus that were close to each other, there was nowhere to put your feet. The seats are quite hard and not comfortable, there are no tables, it's uncomfortable to eat, it's uncomfortable to sleep, all the bones hurt. The back of the bus was constantly rocking, especially from driving on bad roads. You can't turn the penultimate seats back at night, because 3 people were sitting in the back 5 seats and their seats don't tilt, i.e. if we tilt our seat back, we will clamp them. But they put the child in the back on 2 seats and this solved the problem.
THE WAY BACK. To find out the time of departure back, you had to call the driver at the Russian number the day before departure. The departure was from Anapa bus station. The bus was 2 hours late, because it leaves Gelendzhik, and there are often traffic jams on the road (but this is not always according to the driver, but as luck would have it). No one talked about the seating back in advance, we sat down in our seats. But the drivers said that more people were going back, that almost all the seats would be occupied, one of us was transferred to 1 place ahead. Accordingly, we lost 4 places for three. Two conflicted people were put in the back, who did not allow us to properly decompose the seats all the way (they were prevented, and they themselves decomposed to the fullest and it doesn't matter that they don't decompose further and they pinched the people sitting behind) and the woman in front decomposed to the whole, as a result, my husband was just pinched by the seats, but he did not conflicted, he was silent and drove clamped almost the whole way. They couldn't leave for 30 minutes, as other people were fighting for places near the emergency exit, where it was impossible to stretch their legs, no one wanted to sit there (again, people were transferred there from their previous places). I think such places should be sold at a discount. Well, or somehow warning in advance before buying a tour that only these places remain. Well, the youth of 20-30 years old still rode in the first part of the bus in the most comfortable places.
In connection with the above, I will never contact this travel agency again because of this attitude both to myself and to those sitting next to me, the principle of the travel agency is to sell seats and tell a beautiful story. But in fact, they were imprisoned as they wanted and you can't prove anything to anyone. A lot of people were outraged, I think they will also leave reviews on the pages of their travel agencies, because there were several companies there, a combined solyanka.
