We went to Karelia on a railway tour from Minsk. The overall impressions are positive, but we won't go any more, the organization of time suffers a lot. The specific disadvantages are as follows:
1. On the second day, an excursion to the asphalt store (shungite) was organized. Obviously paid for, absolutely meaningless. Due to the time spent there on the next excursion, to Ruskeala, most of the places were already closed.
2. Before the trip back to Minsk, we arrived at the train station in St. Petersburg two hours before the train left, although we were given an hour and a half for an excursion before that, where we could really spend time. It is not clear why this was done.
Of the advantages, there was a good tourist escort (not by a guide from a travel agency, but by others who were on the ground) and a hotel that, although not without disadvantages (a rotten shower stall with poor pressure), was located in a pleasant place in nature and was well fed.

After the tour, I can say that the agency's work can be rated at 2. Some questions were not answered specifically, some answers did not match reality, and one nuance completely spoiled the impression of the holiday. When signing the contract, I specifically stipulated that I did not want to attend one tour and whether there would be an alternative. I was told yes, but in fact I had to stay there and freeze for almost 4 hours. The tour was to Karelia for the weekend, I refused to go rafting on the Shuya River, because the air temperature was 4 degrees and the water was even lower, but they told me either we would throw you out 20 km from Petrozavodsk, or you would go rafting, but you don't have to participate. I had to get to Petrozavodsk by myself without a connection in another country. Wow!!! This is the service!!! The cherry on the cake turned out to be a Chinese bus - the air conditioner was constantly working, when asked to turn it off, it was said that it only works on. The result is after the trip, because I supplement the review - my lower back hurts, I get injections, I either blew out or sat down, because the seats are hard. I was sitting alone in two places from the window, because there was a wind blowing near the window, I slept with the letter Z from the window - I could have pulled into my back. If the employees themselves do not know what they are selling, then why not say that I do not know, but it would be better to ask a more competent person, I would choose another option for the tour, especially since there were options.
