A nice small hotel located on the first coastline in the heart of Limassol. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, nice rooms. A small and cozy area, three swimming pools. Beautifully decorated bars on the street, surrounded by ponds with live fish, make it possible to sit quietly in the evening.

A normal hotel. The location is good. The beach is very small and there are few sun loungers by the sea. Room service is poor, room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, but the buffet for lunch and dinner is not worth paying attention to. The staff at the hotel is friendly. The price corresponds to the quality if you book the hotel directly.

After a long quarantine, we decided to go to Cyprus! The first time on the island and immediately love! We specially chose Limassol, as we wanted to walk around the city of Cyprus! The hotel is located near the city center! There is no busy highway nearby, cars are almost inaudible!
Departure: we took off from Moscow, it turned out to be 3.5 hours without delay. It takes about 1 hour to drive from Paphos airport with beautiful views!(rested in 2021)
Check-in: when checking in, you will definitely need English (at least at a minimum level)! The staff does not know Russian, maximum 5 words!
Number: we lived on the 5th floor with a sea view! The room is beautiful, and the view is a separate conversation!!!!Everything is clean and spacious!
Meals: we had breakfast and dinner! I don't understand people who write about poor nutrition! Breakfast: porridge, a lot of cheese and sausage, pancakes with various toppings, omelette, scrambled eggs, diet table (light yogurt, chia seeds, sugar-free jams), dates, figs, kiwis, oranges, grapefruits,pineapples, peaches, toasts, various yogurts, a lot of coffee, juices, cereals, nuts.
Dinner: pork, beef, chicken, fish (2 types),sweets (a lot of baklava), a lot of cheese, vegetables of all kinds and varieties! There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel, so you definitely won't stay hungry!
Alcohol for a fee, a waiter comes up at dinner and asks if you will drink something, many write it's annoying, I don't know how everyone, it didn't bother us!
Territory: 3 swimming pools. Children's, adult, indoor. In principle, we do not swim in the pool since we came to the sea! In general, the territory is very small, but very well maintained and green! 2 bars and then immediately the beach, a very beautiful entrance to the hotel!
The contingent:There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, and Greeks, and British, and Spaniards, our compatriots are very few, Ukrainians and Belarusians do not exist at all!It's nice to be in an international environment after 2 years of quarantine!Mostly families with children, and couples over 30, there are almost no young people (I was bored with this) What to do in the evening:There is not much animation in the hotel after 23:30 it is very quiet. The girl sings very beautifully in Spanish from 20:30 to 23:30!Beach:a small beach that everyone can go to, BUT only hotel guests can lie on the sun beds, if you want to take a sunbed on the beach you will have to get up early at 7:30, everything is already occupied! A pebble beach with volcanic sand, the bottom is rocky, you will not enter without special shoes, but there is a pantone from which it is most convenient to descend, especially if you can swim!There is a city beach nearby, very clean and almost no different from the hotel beach!
Men will not be allowed to go to dinner in swimming shorts, and women in pareos! In general, beachwear is not welcome in the restaurant!
It will be boring for noisy companies, this hotel is clean to eat and lie in the sun. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation and walks around beautiful Limassol!

Good:Beautiful territory. Staff, waiters, squid in the bar,music in the evening, beach, sea, views. Good water pressure in the shower.
Badly:Old furniture, some everything. The toilet is in the way. THERE IS NO SHOE HORN!breakfast does not cost 30€ at all, well, 13 maximum. Do not take boiled eggs, they are rotten.

A four-star hotel. Nothing special. The beach is a hotel, mostly pebble. The spa was never visited - there was no scrub. 🙄 were in October 2023, in November even better, they say. The air temperature is + 32.0! The sea is excellent, there was no wind. The sun rises at 7.00, sets at 17.00. Terrible cocktails at the hotel bar. 🙈

Nice hotel. The hotel has good, delicious breakfasts. There are three swimming pools and three bars on the territory of the hotel. The cuisine and cocktails are delicious. I take off a star for the quality of cleaning. The garbage is taken out, the laundry is rearranged, but the floor is washed so-so, dust remains in the corners. Special thanks for the birthday cake and champagne, it was very nice!

We stayed at this hotel from July 23 to August 4, 2021. I liked the hotel. The location is great. The sea is within walking distance. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is daily. Towels and pastel linen were changed every day. There is a paid safe in the room. We didn't use it. Nothing was missing from the items. Not in the room, not on the beach.
The food in the restaurant is excellent: very fresh and varied. Lots of meat dishes for dinner. The fish dish is usually one for dinner. But the taste is excellent. National dishes like halumi were also prepared. Lots of vegetable salads, fruits, watermelons and melons. There are many different cheeses. Very beautiful and varied cakes and pies. It was hard to resist, I wanted to try everything. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach for everyone. I didn't have to get up early to take a seat. In the evening, there is decent quality live music near the bar. The rest, on the whole, was a success. Thanks to the hotel staff.
Minor disadvantages include the following. We went alone with a friend. We asked the tour operator to write to the hotel to provide us with a room with separate beds, as we already had experience when on one of our trips to another country we were provided with a room with one double bed. This has never happened before. At that time, at our request, a couple of days later we were changed to another room with separate beds, while apologizing for the inconvenience caused. This time we got a room with one double bed again. We were told at the reception that we had not received any requests, that they would clarify something somewhere, but now they have rooms with only such beds. It was not very comfortable, but not critical, as far as we could, we pushed these beds apart. But we have not received any offers to replace the number.
And the second minor flaw: the lack of adapters at the reception. You need to go and buy it at the store, otherwise the phone will not charge. It's a small thing, well, it's better to know about it.

A very ambiguous hotel. In principle, everything is not bad for the service. But there are mysteries... Then the water is free for 3 days, then suddenly it began to cost money, a day later it is free again. Room cleaning is formal, the bed will be made crookedly, towels will be changed. One of the advantages. A cool, quiet, sparsely populated warm beach. It's a nice pool, it's the best for children. Photo of the pool at 10 a.m. Naturally, it can not do without Russians, who rush to take their towel shizlong at 7 a.m., and sleep until lunch.

Most of the reviews are written by the hotel administration... in fact, things are completely different! They have no idea what a Service is here. I had to fix the toilet myself, the curtain in the bathroom constantly falls off, cleaning once a week (and they will come exactly when the children are sleeping! Although they asked not to be disturbed!) the balcony door does not close, you always have to be on the alert so that the children do not jump out.
For "all inclusive" you get only pool water and ice cream. Everything else will be recorded on the number!
The dining room is a special place! It is a mandatory requirement to wear gloves (they will not even let you into the catering area), although the waiters ignore this requirement!!! The response to the remark was "this is our internal rule.". Also, "their rules" include the presence of cellophane in dishes, hair, and foreign objects. And the crushed cups make up 30% of the total.
The hotel staff tries to be involved in these problems, but then "ok! Sorry!” Nothing happens.
Previously, there were at least 10 animators, now there are none!!!! There is nothing for children to do here, and nowhere to go. The exception is the children's pool, with ice water. Apparently, so that the children get sick in the first 2-3 days, and do not get out of the room…
There are no 4 stars here, and don't get your hopes up!

In high season, there are no problems with sun loungers, queues at the restaurant, etc. The hotel does not force you to adjust to yourself when you need to run to take a place on the beach in the early morning or go to a restaurant at a certain time so that there are no problems with places / food. The only drawback of the beach: entering the water (stones, pebbles), sometimes it takes out a lot of garbage from the sea. The relatively high price is a fee for the availability of staff in sufficient numbers, as in pool bars, reception, restaurant, etc. Compared to the top five in Turkey and Tunisia, the hotel seems to be head and shoulders higher precisely due to the clear organization in management.

Strangely enough, I did not find any disadvantages for all my stays at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June 2019 and we really enjoyed our stay. I chose this hotel myself, because it has a very convenient location -1 line. The territory is well maintained and not small, compared to nearby hotels. The food is good and varied. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are constantly changed, the bed linen has been changed 3 times in two weeks, it is boiling white and silky, it is very pleasant to sleep on it. Friendly and unobtrusive staff, many Russian speakers. The hotel is located in the city, there is a place to go and there is something to see. It also has a very good SPA, where master virtuosos do amazing massages, all kinds of facial and body treatments, they also have a hot tub. It is worth noting the high professionalism of the staff conducting these procedures.
