I came for a scheduled maintenance for my young up – everything went quickly and clearly. We carried out diagnostics, replaced the cabin filter and checked the air conditioning system, there is no way without it in the summer. They suggested antibacterial treatment of the conditioner – it's a small thing, but it's really fresher. Thanks!

The best of the worst + echoes of the "official presence". I waited a long time for me to write a review - I thought that the overall impression might improve at least a little, but no. I took a Volkswagen commuter train, with an eye to the fact that there is some kind of guarantee, and not just leave 1 on 1 with the car. Well, the fact that I waited exactly 3 months for the car is still half the trouble (unfortunately, it didn't work out with the heat pump). But then the most interesting part: 1. The car was different purely in terms of characteristics (I was ready for this, because as a result, I know more about cars than anyone in this organization). According to the contract, the car was supposed to have a reserve of 565km (CLTC, which is provided by the factory), but in fact the model had a reserve of 555km at the factory, because from the 10th month of 2024, a new revision of the car is being released, which has a battery of 2 kWh less. But none of those who gave me the car knew, because "that's what the supplier told us," but the model plate and instructions say otherwise... 2. When accepting the car, there were jambs on the decorative plastic (one deep scratch on the trunk lid, small, not deep on the arches), as well as damage tires and discs. 3. DISGUSTING preparation for acceptance - the car was frankly dirty (see photo). Thanks for the floor mats, but the rear ones are a cringe + there are no floor mats in the trunk. No one offered to pay to buy the original ones from the officials in China and they don't want to bring them... P.S. After the review, they called me and offered EVO mats for the size of the car, because it turned out to be measured and made. I can't help but thank you for that! 4. One key to the car, no one said about it, I learned from other owners. The second key, after a month of breakfast, no one will make me here (SFD2 hello) - there are no technical specialists (with deep knowledge). It's very sad, to be honest. 5. The car was given away in February on summer tires, it's generally a cringe. They didn't even offer a tire service (I'm not talking about a set of tires, I was ready to buy it myself). 6. They told us how they would make an antikor car, but in the end, it didn't matter =) "We're not doing anything on this model at the moment." Well, I gave the money to those who wanted it. 7. We will see how things will be with THAT, but 99.9% of the oil in the gearbox will not be originals, but analogues. (Especially in the front gearbox) As a result: if you want to buy a train, then perhaps the best of the worst (you can look at the LITIO line, you can "buy" a guarantee there, I got a difference of a little less than 1000 units). The rest, judging by their websites, are generally past =)

Be careful, because before you receive the contract, it will seem to you that everything is super, as it was with me. But as soon as you have the first unpleasant situation with the car, you will learn the real "service and maintenance" in Atlant-M. I bought an electric car, and they will write "New" in the contract only if a warranty is purchased (I paid for an additional $1,000). The manager said that if there was no guarantee, then the contract would be written second—hand — the Chamber of Commerce should definitely give a legal assessment to such a "scheme". When you deal with a problem, you will endlessly be redirected from specialist to specialist who cannot do anything quickly and on time. In the Warranty service center, the manager will personally tell you what needs to be changed, poor quality of the material, etc., and in conclusion they will write exactly the opposite. There are many electric car shops, I would recommend any other, but not this one. This is basically my first car purchase and I went to buy here with the thought "well, the company has been on an equal footing for a long time, reputation is important and everything will probably be great," but this was my biggest misconception and this is my worst buying experience.
