I bought a JVC TV. It was used for 8 months and large stripes appeared on the screen. I applied to the store to take the goods for quality control (according to the law, they are obliged to do this on demand).
They rudely began to respond that no one is doing any quality control now, that supposedly no one will determine a significant flaw or not. They said they could only repair the TV. To my words that I first want to know what exactly broke down there and to know if there is a significant flaw (and if there is a significant flaw in complex equipment, you have the right to demand a refund), they once again boorishly shouted into the phone that no one would tell me that.
I sent them a letter with a claim to the legal address, no one received it. It was only after repeated calls that the Department of Trade and Services of the Sovetsky District of Minsk was able to get them to come and pick up the TV.
As a result, it all took 2 months.
After a while, they put up, as it seems to me, my repaired TV on the site and indicated that it was NEW!! When I called and said that I wanted to buy it, they recognized me, said that I was on their blacklist and at the end of the dialogue they sent me three letters!
Censorship does not allow me to say my full opinion about this store, but if you value your nerves, choose any other store! You definitely won't find anything worse!!!!

After receiving the goods, we found a completely different model in the box from HS 01 (Dyson Airwrap Customized Kit 2).
The cost of this model on the seller's website (Dyson Airwrap Customized Kit 2) at the time of purchase was indicated at 1650 b.r.
The seller said that this was normal, because the manufacturer (i.e. Dyson) sets its hair dryers in different ways and they never know which kit will be in the box (speech it was specifically about the HS 01 model, but I think this is a proven scheme of this unscrupulous seller for any product) The seller also said that the cost of the model that they wanted to sell me under the guise of HS 01 was indicated incorrectly on the website and after 5 minutes it was corrected from 1650 bp to 1920 bp (I can confirm the photo)
The goods were returned to the seller with a scandal. + the seller demanded to refund 10 rubles for delivery, allegedly for unjustified refusal of the goods

My husband and I ordered an LG 22LH450V TV in this store, when placing an order (at 11 a.m.) I specified the price and the possibility of delivery on the same day in the evening. The manager (did not introduce himself) replied that there were no problems, we would deliver in the evening after 7, but the delivery would contact me beforehand to clarify the details. At 19:00, a representative from the warehouse contacted me and offered me a Polish MT series TV for a little cheaper (he did not name the price, as well as the exact model) and delivery today, or the TV that I ordered, but more expensive tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. To my objections that the MT series is not a TV, but a monitor with a built-in tuner, and I want what I ordered at the price at which I ordered, I received the answer that I do not understand anything, and in general they know better what exactly I want. After we did not come to an agreement, and our conversation ended with me saying "Thank you, I will buy what I wanted elsewhere", the store manager contacted me, apologized for the situation and promised to sort it out and call me back. It's been 2 hours, no one has contacted me, apparently the situation is difficult. On the dry balance, we have the fact that not a single promise of the store has been fulfilled: the price does not match the stated one, also with delivery, the model is very actively trying to sell another, and the manager forgets to call back.
