I want to warn you against making a mistake by our analogy in the form of cooperation with this company. We bought an industrial dough mixer. The product came without factory packaging, without documentation from the manufacturer. The product turned out to be of poor quality, they promised to send service personnel to our notifications, but no one came. They were stalling for time. As a result, they refuse to repair, replace or return. Extremely unprofessional and unfair practice.

When signing the contract and paying, everyone was running around me and fussing. As soon as I paid the contract, they don't take the tubes, the delivery is delayed, the deadlines don't stand up and they lie all the time! Terrible service and uncommunicative staff! This applies to the managers in the hall! And the manuals too! If I had known, I would never have turned to them and would not recommend them to anyone!
