Athletics competitions are held here, as well as training for professional athletes and amateurs.
The complex is equipped with everything necessary for competitions and training: modern treadmills, sectors for jumping and throwing, an indoor arena. There is also a gym where you can prepare for competitions or just keep fit.
I would especially like to note the work of the staff of the complex — all employees were polite and ready to help with any questions.
In general, I recommend this complex to all fans of athletics who are planning a trip to Astana.

A very good sports complex, we go here for athletics, everything is very well and competently provided, huge halls, good coverage, a wonderful team of coaches, a good approach to the youngest athletes.
