A good choice of wallpapers, but the service is 0 out of 10. 5 consultants (maybe cashiers), both sat at the reception and continued to sit, even when they passed by, just an appraising glance. For me, as a person buying wallpaper for the first time, it was important to consult on the types and features of wallpaper. There were 3 of us, it was impossible not to notice, we walked through two halls and left. Maybe there were important discussions and it was not up to the visitors 😂 0 for the service, the wallpaper was really beautiful only for this 2 stars.

Of course, there are zero complaints about the store of choice, but the consultants ... One is grumbling, the second is grumbling, I wonder what they finished and how they were hired. So my mom and I came to look at the wallpaper. There, in one corner, on a high podium (made of plain beige tiles, merges with the floor), there is a showcase with glasses (apparently on purpose) in a wallpaper store!!! I generally have excellent eyesight, but I didn't notice the podium myself. Mom stumbled and broke her leg very badly (thank God she didn't catch the display case with glasses), not only was no one going to approach us, except of course the visitor, who helpfully offered to call an ambulance, so also when we came up and asked about the first-aid kit, they muttered to us again: no, of course, without even asking Why? In response to my mother's suggestion to put a fence there or designate it in some way, the Sales Consultant turned around importantly and went into the back room. Thank you so much for such a positive experience! I regret that I did not write this in the complaint book! Of course, I'm not going to buy anything there.

We calculated how many rolls we bought , and naturally we were offered a gluing master , we then called the master for gluing , the master arrived and started working , began to cut everything and later a very interesting situation turned out , the master reported that there is an underdark on the wallpaper with a 5 cm wide edge and it needs to be cut , since when gluing butt-to -butt it will be visible on the wall , well , what can I do? we decided to cut 5 cm from each roll so that there would be no discrepancy and everything looked smooth and monotonous , at the end of the work , I noticed that the companions in colors are completely different , although they should have been the same color , naturally it catches the eye when you enter the room, of course the work was paid to the master, the next day we came to this wallpaper atelier store , there was a consultant girl who offered us this wallpaper, we went to the wallpaper and there was absolutely nothing hanging with each other , of course, with that lighting it was difficult to notice that they were different when we took them, I think this consultant saw , but she was guided by the fact that the numbers match and that's the point , but I understand that they match , well , it means it's a marriage , we took as a whole in color , but it turned out that different scenes with different colors , if we were warned that the parties are different , perhaps a color run-up , we would have considered other options, but of course no one informed us , to which the girl said that they were the same by numbers , yes, the numbers may be the same , but the batch is different , since we did not think that something like this could happen , naturally the consultant said that she does not solve such issues and we need to go to the head but her no , okay , they left the phone number , but as you understand , no one dialed it took three days and zero calls to talk and solve this issue somehow , there is no desire to go to this store , although wallpaper was also needed in other rooms ,
