Good hotel but they need to serve water in rooms everyday, not only on the first day.

The hotel is good. Spending the night with the family is just right.
Doroho is rich inside. It's spacious. Voluminous. A lot of things are just for beauty.
Kitchen. Basic utensils. Washing machine. Hair dryer,iron, ironing board.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a dryer. After washing, at least hang it on the TV. There are also small sofas in the living room.
The beds are not sagging. The linen is clean.
Also, for such a hotel, it would be time to replace the old TVs with more modern ones. With the Internet. Well, there are no channels to watch even on what is available. Less than half of the 50 channels are shown.
According to the staff. Communication on 5. Polite and courteous. The maids clean regularly.
Some rooms have a balcony. You can go out for a smoke.
Overall, it's good. But not mine. The rooms are not comfortable.

I give 3 stars, exactly how much this hotel corresponds to. My colleague and I spent 3 days in it, and here's what I can say:
The junior suite is spacious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the good things end there. The room has almost a panoramic window from the bathroom to the room, there is no question of any privacy! The floor is heated, but the heating is like a hot frying pan, you can't step on it without slippers. On the second floor, where our room was located, the hallway smelled of sewage all the time. The water was brought once, at check-in, and it was not given again. Similarly, the garbage was taken out once and that's it! Dirty towels were taken away and new ones had to go by themselves and ask to be brought to the room. For two days in a row, coming to breakfast at 9 a.m., there was practically no food. I also had to ask her. Coffee drops were on the tablecloths, and the table was twice reserved with dirty appliances.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. A large room, like a two-room apartment, has a kitchen. I liked the buffet breakfast. The price includes access to a spa with a swimming pool and a gym in the next building. There is a private parking. There is a grocery store and a coffee shop nearby.

A nice and cozy hotel. I stopped several times. The rooms are very large and almost all are almost a two-room suite with a kitchen area, although they are positioned as standard. The rooms have everything you need. It's not cold. On the upper floors there were rooms where the water pressure in the shower is weaker than on the kitchen sink. But it's not critical.

I really liked this hotel! The rooms are clean, the bed is great, the staff is polite. The food in the restaurant is just a bomb! Such huge portions that after dinner, I didn't even go to breakfast. He took off one star for the lack of draft beer and visitors in the evening at the restaurant. It was boring after dinner. And I recommend it to everyone!

I don't remember a worse night. The air conditioner is not working. There is critically little drinking water per person. I woke up at 3 a.m. This is some kind of trash.

Overall, the location and rooms are nice and clean. The only thing is that fitness does not work early in the morning or not every early morning. With breakfast, the choice is meager compared to breakfast in the Chagall apartments. You get Internet access with an SMS code, but I personally had a communication problem and no messages came, so it would be better to just have a Wi-Fi password in the room.

If you take it as a whole, then in principle it is a good hotel, the deluxe room (single) has a refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board, stove, microwave, 2 TVs, desk, huge balcony, 2 air conditioners. While I lived there, the room was cleaned every day, the furniture was of course tired, but in principle it was normal. The toilet broke (did not fill the tank with water), called the reception, sent a master, fixed it. Fitness and a swimming pool are also included in the price. The breakfasts are not bad for my taste, but the choice is very small.
Of the cons, the Internet is lousy, the download speed was 650 kB/sec at most. I never connected the phone to Wi-Fi, I was too lazy to deal with it, I scored. They give a small bottle of water only upon check-in, then they don't bring it, I didn't understand this joke. On the ground floor of this institution there is a restaurant with the loud name Metropol, one Monday evening (!) music for the whole hotel was playing from it all evening, it closes only at 12 at night, the music startles Dotalov. Because of this, I did not get enough sleep, I had to get up for work at 7 a.m., perhaps this minus covers all the advantages. The windows faced Azattyk Avenue, the audibility even with the windows closed is terrible, that is, it is very noisy.
