The last year, the same thing has been happening in two stores of this chain in another city, and in the ATB of the city of Ternovka - the management saves on its own employees. Because of this, the store chain is a real mess. Half of the ticket offices are closed, as the cashiers are also working in the hall. The quality of service has dropped dramatically, and this is despite the fact that employees are trying their best because they are holding on to jobs. You can write a lot of things. In general, the company's management decided to save money on the wrong thing. The buyer will start to get lost, not everyone will stand in queues for a couple of kopecks. With good service, it would be a prestigious network where everyone goes, and so there will be a network for those to whom service is not important. Oh, the horror! Let the sales consultants be returned so that the goods are beautifully placed on the shelves and, as necessary, stacked and the queue is not 15-20 people at all cash desks. I am already silent about the fact that the volume on the packages does not correspond to reality and this is also not a plus for the entire chain of stores. And the packages got worse.Taken together, it leaves much to be desired. I wish the store to correct these shortcomings and become a leader.
