The building is grandiose externally and beautiful inside, with a wonderful auditorium and a stage for performances. Not so long ago, a report concert of the children's ballet studio was held here. They say that the theater begins with a hanger, but in this case, I would note the dressing rooms: they are impeccable. Although this, of course, could not but affect the rental price, but all for the sake of the children.

A mixture of French and Nizhny Novgorod. The eclecticism of the square is on the verge of a foul. There is little greenery, and, therefore, shade. But the hall itself is good. The acoustics, the seating arrangement and the whole design are excellent.

The new building is grandiose from the outside, shabby from the inside. There is no sense of a Melpomene temple inside. The use of cheap materials in the decoration is felt. It's deserted and not cozy. There is a smell of urine in the toilets, there is no toilet paper, liquid hygiene products, very cheap hand dryers - like hair dryers.
The sound in the hall is not bad. The reviews are good.
In general, it doesn't feel very good. By 3+.

Why are there only two stars?! Or maybe it's better to write as many as two stars of the recreation center, a visit to which did not justify our not too high hopes. There are no complaints about the game of actors and animators! The organization of the event leaves much to be desired. So:
I put one star for the greatness and good location (it is very convenient to get from anywhere in the city) and for the large wardrobe and the interior minimalism of the decoration in bright colors, it's nice to be there, another one for the sweetest actors of the play "Santa Claus on vacation" to which we actually went on 12/23/2023, who at the end of the performance kindly, with patience and they took pictures with a sincere smile with all the kids who wanted to (this was indicated on the website, but nevertheless!). It was really nice, you can put all three stars for it!
Now about the unpleasant moments😏
It was very disappointing that when we got to the New Year's performance, we did not see a festive Christmas tree under the ceiling in the lobby. Kamon, are you serious?! Really, don't you think its presence is almost the most important thing, after the wonderful New Year mood, of course? I am outraged! We specially arrived in advance to admire the beautiful doll, take a photo, etc., and here such a nuisance is her absolute absence. Those obscure, sparsely decorated, low and unsightly two different artificial shutters on the edge of the stage, of course, I do not take into account☝
Second. We, having not found the Christmas tree, like many others, went into the hall, waited for the cherished 17:00 and the start of the performance, waited 17 minutes and NOTHING happened at the long-awaited 17:00 ((A small child, pretty tired of expectations, was forced to wait another 4 minutes additionally, the third bell finally rang and the lights went out, when at the same time, the "latecomers" continued to slowly drag along, for whom the hotly anticipated beginning was perhaps postponed by many.
Third! Perhaps the most offensive thing is for the child! 🤦♀️ The website where the tickets were purchased says: "Attention! The gift is included in the ticket price from 10000tt" And in the list of services provided when buying tickets for the performance, this is indicated by a separate column. So, after familiarizing myself with the rules and rights, I bought 2 tickets for 5,500, totaling 11,000, to get a gift for a child, although I could safely buy for 2,500 for a balcony, and not buy a small one at all (he is not 3 years old) and put him on pens, watch the performance for a penny and not claim any to go home safely. I indicated to the child that there would certainly be a gift from Santa Claus, and when he got tired of a rather long performance (this is our first trip to the play in two acts), this was the only thing that gave him the strength to sit until the end. So, no, they did not give anything, they said it was not allowed, they asked for a ticket for 10000tt, but everyone else was not allowed. SO WHY WRITE "TICKETS" INDICATING THE GIFT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE. Is this a move?! So that people would manage to buy for a large amount, and then refuse them and that's it. It is absolutely not fair, and they would write that the ticket price is only for 10,000, instead of tickets worth 10,000, the difference is obvious and it is clear that this is not just a typo, to cheat, and then, as the administrator told me, the man to whom the woman who gave the gifts sent:" This is a typo. You're picking on the wording. The ticket simply displayed the information incorrectly, etc. " It was all said with sarcasm, a malicious smile. And the words outraged: "Well, are you seriously counting on paying less than 10,000 for one ticket to get a gift?! Well, it's funny," and laughed sincerely... 🤦♀️
Yes, of course, I was quite reasonably counting on a gift for the child. I am sure that after reading the rules and rights indicated on the site in detail, I understood everything perfectly correctly, because everything was written in black and white in the language of which I am a native speaker. It was unpleasant when the grinning administrator shifted the blame for this trouble to the ticket and appealed to my logic...like, how could you count on such pennies, it's illogical. Instead of personally opening and reading the information, apologize and give the little child a paid gift. ARBITRARINESS!!!!!
P.S. Where was the buffet located????? I didn't see it🤷♀️Although there were no drinks or food in the hall. Of course, we didn't eat in the hall, but fortunately we took a snack and water with us. And so it would be a real trouble
It's good that the restrooms were available and functioning, although note that not all booths are closed, and there was definitely no toilet paper in two of them (I can only write about those that I personally visited)
