The service staff is very good.they work for people. A wonderful physical therapy center.We have provided everything for the patients.instructors are such excellent students in their field .I would especially like to mention Instructor Nurlan's professional attitude towards patients.He has every patient in his field of vision.It will help everyone .He also does massages for non - walking patients , and in 10 days , five people got up from wheelchairs .if not more.when you look at the work of such people with a big kind soul, your heart rejoices.low bow to them. Also doctors.The nurses treat every big one with great patience.they treat you with a kind word and a kind attitude.
The cuisine is also delicious and varied.
The rooms and everywhere are clean. Thanks to the chief physician for such a well-chosen staff..
Of course, there are disadvantages..but they are everywhere.which they seek to correct immediately. I've been here for rehabilitation myself, and I'm happy.
But as everywhere in our medicine, they are treated according to protocol.identically..there is no individual approach to each patient.
I would like our Shymkent City Health Department to be taken into account. After all, serious patients come here after a stroke and heart attacks, as well as after severe injuries.
Then I would like to mention separately that there are underfloor heating everywhere in the sleeping rooms of patients..It's very hot.the air is drying out and there is not enough oxygen. How is it possible to make underfloor heating in such a rehabilitation and wellness center? The rooms are not fully furnished with novels.also a bed.pillows and blankets wish for a better condition.
I want the hospital administration to take measures to improve the condition of the rehabilitation center.. When you get to an ordinary hospital. Not a rehabilitation center.

Сама клиника очень впечатлила, огромная территория, хороший ремонт и дизайн, уютно, прохладно, можно выпит кофе или что нибудь прохладительного, администратор на ресепшене, побеспокоился и организовал встречу с ревматолог, у меня была предварительная запись, но врача на месте не оказалось, с этого и началось, минут 20 ее искали, предпологая даже что ушла домой, потом ,когда я попала к ней, были заданы стандартные пару вопросов, на которые не ушло и 5 минут, зато около 25 минут врач в полной тишине что то печатала на компьютере , потом сказала что все готово, и отправила меня на мсэк, где выяснилось что врач даже не поменяла фамилию и имя в своем шаблоне, и выдала мне заключение с чужими инициалами. Впрочем эта наша вторая встреча, доктор Айгуль 12 лет назад первая поставила мне диагноз, но так и не объяснила что эта за болезнь, пришлось обращаться за лечением к другим ревматологам. Делайте выводы.

Многие врачи,очень хорошие!И платные и бесплатные очень уважительно относятся к пациентам.Кабинеты чистые светлые.Мед.сёстра в процедурных кабинетах профессионалы своего дела.Руки мягкие,нежные!Спасибо всем за такую прекрасную работу!
Я лично 3 месяца страдала от миниска,вдруг мне знакомая сказала о враче ревматологе в "АТАМЕКЕНЕ"Я пошла к ней, на приём.Она мне выписала рецепт и я пошла в аптеку и в процедурный и мне тут же сделали,капельницы и уколы.За 5 дней боли в коленке,как и не было!Сейчас хожу прекрасно,без костылей.😊👍👍👍Айгуленька 💋 Вас!

Реабилитационный центр высшего уровня. Квалифицированные врачи. Массажисты- виртуозы своего дела. ЛФК ПРОСТО СУПЕР!!! Тренажеры последних модификаций. Персонал приветливый и к любому больному найдёт особый подход. Чистота и порядок там просто удивляют. Большое спасибо тех. персоналу.

В палатах постоянно убирают, чисто. Очень приветливый и хороший персонал, начиная от сани тарок, парамедиков и заканчивая врачом. Отдельное спасибо тренерам ЛФК, особенно Зелимхану. Профессионал, который любит свою работу и ответственно к ней подходит.

I was lying in the gynecology department, the medical staff is not efficient, not attentive staff, the doctors are terribly competent, the food is delicious as homemade, they feed 3 rpza a day. The purity is 4+ I try, but there are errors. The rooms are warm, the bed linen is not very clean

Чисто, персонал в основном хороший. Но проблема иногда с очередью, как и во многих поликлиниках. Не всегда можно зайти на приём вовремя, хотя записываешься заранее.

Насчёт врачей и их талантов сказать ничего не могу, так как мы проходили только ежегодный медосмотр по работе. Тут большого профессионализма не требуется.
Но в целом все понравилось- пенсионер вежливый, чисто, хороший ремонт.
Очереди случаются, но двигаться быстро.
