Nice hotel. Justifies 4 stars. It was built in 2018. Nothing fell off in the room while we were living. Superior rooms are small. 2 adults and a child under 10 years old - just right. If the child is already an adult, it can be cramped. The food is super and very varied. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is beyond praise. The staff is all Russian-speaking. The hotel is 200m from the sea. It does not have its own access to the beach, but this does not prevent you from using the surrounding grassy beaches of other hotels and municipal sandy beaches. The water in the sea is clear and warm.

A new and beautiful hotel in Protaras. A very beautiful design interior - a stunning lobby, cozy rooms and an aesthetic pool area. The territory of the hotel is small - it is mainly the terrace of the restaurant and the pool area, where the windows of the hotel overlook.
The hotel is well located - it's not far to the sea, there are good beaches nearby. Many rooms have a beautiful view of the sea!
I did not like the quality and variety of food in the hotel. By the end of the vacation, we went to local restaurants because we didn't want to eat there. The children's table was also unpleasantly surprised - all the food was far from healthy: fried nuggets and smelly fish cutlets from frozen, French fries. I didn't like anything at all from the alcohol in the bar either: everything was made from local swill. The wine is tasteless, the cocktails are sweet and also not good.
Separately, I want to write about the event for hotel guests - the performance of a Ukrainian artist. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, but the artist communicated with the audience in Ukrainian throughout the performance. But I felt completely out of place when the Ukrainian half of the hotel, along with the artists, began chanting "Glory to Ukraine!"
In general, the hotel is good, but most likely I will not return here anymore!

I celebrated my birthday at this hotel with my loved one. We really liked the hotel: new, stylish, beautiful. The hotel staff congratulated me on my birthday: they brought fruit to the room as a compliment, it was unexpected and pleasant. The food is varied and delicious, there is freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, very tasty. A beautiful large parrot named Jasmine lives in the hotel, which is cared for by the restaurant staff. A large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on an all-inclusive basis. There is a wonderful girl working at the pool bar who is always smiling, she is wonderful. The pool is clean, surprisingly, but it does not smell like chlorine at all, like ordinary pools, it is pleasant to swim in it. There is also an indoor swimming pool. A large spa area, which we did not reach, unfortunately, because we burned down on the tour. The room is beautiful and has a wonderful view. The cleaning was decent, everything was fine with us. A good, yet quiet air conditioner. Excellent sound insulation if you close the balcony door. There is a TV, but we didn't watch it. Amazingly soft pillows and blankets!!! This is a huge plus for me, it's very cozy. The room has everything you need, just be sure to take toothbrushes and toothpaste, we forgot, but we bought it inexpensively in one of the shops near the hotel. I really liked the hotel staff: everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Also, thanks to the hotel guide from the tour operator Tui - Oles, she recommended excursions to us. The excellent location of the hotel: near several good beaches, many shops and souvenir shops with pleasant prices, close to attractions, for example, we walked to the Church of St. Elijah, which is on the mountain, and to the fountain show - we highly recommend visiting. The hotel itself has an animator who entertained both children and adults. We remember the rest only with bright and positive emotions, thanks to the Herbal hotel! We wish you further prosperity!

A wonderful hotel, created according to the most thoughtful project. Everything is there: several all-inclusive bars (without extra charges for certain cocktails), swimming pools, a good gym, group classes (yoga and stretching), a children's room, children's animation, spa, beauty salon, we had a standard, the room is excellent as much as 30sqm, there is a safe, hairdryer, but slippers for 4€ in the salon (we did not take it, it was convenient in the beach ones). The sea is a 3-minute walk away, the beach is sandy (there were pebbles in places, but it is quite possible without special shoes), a sunbed for 2.50€, norms, there is even wifi on the beach. By the way, WiFi throughout the hotel is very high quality, super for work / study. You could also play mafia, volleyball, football and poker for chips. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay! That rare case, when everything has gone and I want to return to the same hotel again!!

The biggest and fattest disadvantage of this hotel is the food. Honestly, I've been to a lot of places, but I'm not picky, you can always choose something, but not here. We went to the city for dinner a couple of times, there was just nothing to choose. Overcooked pieces of pork and the same overcooked chicken. That's it, and it was almost every night.
The rooms are not comfortable, the storage system is not thought out. There were things in the suitcases. There are no dressing tables, to arrange all sorts of little things.
The hotel is far from the center, about 20 minutes on foot. in the evening, walking through dark, unlit streets is not very comfortable. The hotel itself is not big. This is not a minus, but it is worth considering that there is nothing to do there.
One of the advantages is a fresh renovation.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

I always prefer new hotels and this time I definitely did not lose. The hotel is located relatively close to Larnaca airport, on the outskirts of Protaras resort, which was an advantage for us, as it was quite quiet and peaceful. There are shops, cafes and, most importantly, Sunrise and Fig Tree Bay beaches within walking distance from the hotel. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is everything for a comfortable stay - a restaurant, 3 bars, a swimming pool, a terrace with sun loungers, a gym and a spa. We were given a gorgeous room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea and a large loggia. The room also has everything you need. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system, so you definitely won't stay hungry - everything was insanely delicious. It is also worth mentioning the hotel staff - very pleasant Russian-speaking girls work at the reception who will help you solve any problem.
Thank you so much for such a warm welcome - I will be very pleased to recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

The ratio of price and quality.

We had a rest in August. In general, we were satisfied. This hotel is worth choosing if you like peace and quiet. The staff mostly speaks Russian. It is located three minutes from the sea, the beach is sandy and shallow, if you walk to the left for 5 minutes along the coastline there will be a sandy beach. If you go to the right min 15 there will be a huge sandy beach. There are grocery and industrial shops within a 5-minute walk. The one that is closer to the store has higher prices, on average by 1 euro. The water in the sea is very clear, it's a pleasure to swim with a mask. The menu is European, but they do not know how to cook pork, it is constantly dried and dry. There is only one seafood dish made of fish. The rooms are cleaned, but not very well, there are stains from a rag on the mirrors and glass (on the balcony). The bed linen was supposed to be changed every 2 days (4 star hotel), but it was never changed during the week. There are no needle threads in the hotel, I had to buy them at the store.

A magnificent hotel! The food is simple, but very tasty. The staff is responsive, everyone is smiling. The cleanliness in the room is perfect - daily cleaning, change of towels. The sea is fabulous! The center of Protaras is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. Larnaca is an hour away by comfortable bus. We will definitely come back!

The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. I can't talk about the view from the room. Ground floor , looked at the territory of the neighboring hotel . Yes, the best beach (fig tree) is not a 5-minute walk, but 30-40 minutes. But the water there is good , transparent , and the entrance is good for children . The hotel is located almost at the end of the pedestrian line. To the left of the hotel there is a small bay with pebbles. The boat is transparent, but there are muddy rocks at the bottom ( 5 minutes walk) , there is also a sandy Sunrise beach. It 's not bad , but there are stones . All beaches are municipal. You can lie on the sand for free, but sun beds and umbrellas are 2.5 € each. You will receive towels at the hotel for a deposit of 10€. There are no slippers in the room. The breakfasts are not bad. The freshly squeezed juice was good. But lunch and dinner do not shine with variety . The staff is polite and speaks Russian. Yes , except for Russians and Ukrainians , I didn 't notice anyone . I think it's like an eco-hotel ( it was announced ) he is far away , as well as 4 stars , he does not pull .

We had a rest in July 2021. Besides the fact that the hotel is renovated, there is nothing else good to say. During the week of staying at the hotel, the bed linen was never changed. There are dirty dishes near the elevator for days. And the kitchen is a horror and a nightmare. The most striking thing was the number of flies (green)!!!! They swarmed on the dishes offered by the restaurant, crawled in the plates, I didn't have time to brush them off. All the dishes were served not only hot, but often cold. It was noticeable that the dishes left over from lunch were served for dinner. Salads are dull. There is no butter, please take margarine!!! Apart from bread for toast, no more bread and bakery products. We contacted both the reception and the hotel guide: there were fewer flies, however. They were strangled with pasta and half-baked potatoes, there was no seafood more than once. The tables in the hotel lobby are sticky, no one is bothered to wipe them. A few words about drinking water: there is a glass bottle in the room that needs to be filled in the bar on the 1st floor. If you forgot in the evening, or it's too late
I returned to the hotel, and did not have time to fill the bottle, then that's it, I can't get water anywhere. The hotel does not have a beach, the territory is "the cat cried". A special word about the hotel guide from tui Olesya: after our complaints and complaints, instead of smoothing the situation, she made it even more heated: "what do you want?"- that's all her words! You can't get a bartender in the lobby bar. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! On the "three"!!!
Yes, the sea is magnificent!!! But, unfortunately, this does not apply to the hotel in any way…
