it is convenient to get to the nearest stops: plodik and Satpayev.
many residents (especially middle-aged women) they kick you out even though you don't come to visit them. they don't let you walk quietly, play or chat, just climb and dig in, saying "you're not from here", and "what are you doing here". well, ill-mannered.
in the rest, everything is fine both at the playground and at home.

Only residents are allowed into the courtyard parking lot. Guest parking is often occupied. The LCD itself is excellent, and the yard and playground are excellent. The apartments are dry and warm.
