Suitable for accommodation for 1-2 days, no more.
Pros: the hotel is located in a newly built, very beautiful area of the city, close to the center. Nearby you will find numerous cafes, grocery stores, banks, public transport stops, beautiful places for hiking.
Minuses:
- the location of the hotel is incorrectly marked on the maps, and the administrator is unable to explain how to get there and where.
- the hotel is in the middle of a construction site, literally. No one warned about this. So if you have luggage, forget it and look for another place.
- the hotel is very noisy, poor sound insulation. In the farthest room, you can hear the phone ringing at the reception desk. There is no carpet in the corridor, you can hear all the movements.
- very poor room cleaning. We drove into a dusty room, with traces of previous tenants. After 3 days of staying, I had to ask for at least a change of towels, then the receptionist ordered cleaning of the room, saying that "the time is coming." Cleaning here is called replacing bed linen and towels, the bath was not washed, the floor too.
- in the room for two, we had 1 blanket and a half, 1 bathrobe and 3 hangers.
- the lighting in the room is very dim and useless.
- there are two mirrors in the room, one in the bathtub, not illuminated in any way, the second above the table, also not illuminated in any way and unsuitable for use in principle, due to the location.
- the faucet wasn't working in the sink. The water was barely dripping from it, and there was no faucet at all on the faucet in the shower, only a hose with a shower. So I had to wash my face, wash my hands, cup, fill the kettle, etc. with a shower.
- there are two dispensaries for detergents in the shower, one of which is empty, and the second was half full and no one thought to fill it.
- there is no trash basket in the room, just some kind of inconvenient little misunderstanding, like a mini container in the bathtub.
- there is an air conditioner, very noisy, often turned off at night.
In general, it feels like a hotel for single men with a shared refrigerator in the hallway and a liquor store opposite.
A very new and clean little hotel. It reminded me very much of Europe, where there are many soulful hotels in the center for a small number of rooms, each room has a bathroom. a node with a shower. There is a common area where there is a microwave, dishes and a disassembled ironing board with an iron! :). The receptionist is very friendly. The linen is new and clean, the plumbing is new and working properly.
Great hotel! Snow-white bed, very high-quality mattresses, polite staff. The price of the hotel is not expensive for the left bank. Usually, on the left bank, more or less good hotels are one and a half times more expensive than the Asyl hotel. Close to the Botanical Park. It is located near the Arc de Triomphe.
