The main disadvantage is the lack of a toilet. The building has 4 floors, lots of shops and learning centers, but there is no toilet. How a small child can keep everything to himself.
I have been to this center several times and never once has anyone gone to a meeting or taken a 3-year-old child to the toilet, although by law the Store or center is required to provide access.

I went with my child to the Astoria shopping center on September 4. I started with the Fix Price store, I planned to go to Svitanak. I urgently needed to go to the toilet with the child "seriously". I went up to the 2nd floor to the toilets, the door was closed, I turned to the staff of the center, they refused me, explaining that this was a requirement of the administration. They left the center in a hurry for obvious reasons. An unthinkable situation, firstly for the 21st century, and secondly for the shopping center! It 's an outrage . I am completely outraged!!!
