I spent one day at the Astoria Boutique Hotel and was satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent. We were especially pleased with the delicious breakfasts — everything is fresh and varied in the form of a buffet. Wi-Fi worked stably, meetings were held without problems.
One of the disadvantages is that the card payment terminal did not work, which caused inconvenience when calculating the reservation. I hope this is a temporary problem, as the rest of the impressions were extremely positive.
I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for comfort and coziness in Samarkand!
Nice, clean, bright hotel.
We thank the whole family of the manager, well done, they are trying very hard. The breakfasts are good and varied.
Now from the cons: there is not one shelf in the bathroom, I had to put toothbrushes, pastes, creams, etc. on the sink, of course it all does not fit, it is very inconvenient.
There is no heated towel rail or battery in the bathroom, firstly, it is not very comfortable to take a shower in the cool, but we were in early January, secondly, the hooks for bath towels weigh heavily, towels do not dry out, for the whole day.
Until the last day, we didn't know that we had neighbors, the audibility was simply enormous, everything we talked about, watched TV and went to the toilet.
It is clear that they invested in the hotel, but did not think through some of the nuances.
Anyway, we were satisfied with our visit to your city and the hospitality.
Astoria Hotel is a private hotel in the center, close to the park and University Boulevard. We opened this year, a family hotel, they are trying very hard: a good breakfast (cheesecakes, pancakes, omelets, samosushki only from the oven), the rooms are clean and fresh, in general very customer-oriented.
