Pros: large room, clean, renovated interior, large shower stall, air conditioning, good breakfast, but not a buffet, but service, the staff is friendly and ready to help.
Cons: poor sound insulation with the street, leaky windows, very noisy, you can only sleep in earplugs, there is not enough table to work with a laptop (if you are on a business trip), 1 time was cleaned in 4 days, shampoo and shower gel were no longer added, bottled water was not added, I had to ask at the reception, there are only 2 hangers in the closet, there is no shelf in the bathroom to arrange your cosmetics and hygiene products, and then it would not hurt to have a stool / bedside table in the bathroom for these purposes.

Not a bad hotel to spend the night in. On the plus side, the staff is polite and helpful. Very tasty breakfasts. A comfortable mattress (in other hotels where we stayed in Uzbekistan, for some reason we came across very hard ones). One of the disadvantages is poor room cleaning. There was a huge layer of dust on the headboard, and someone else's hair was caught in the bed. If you fix the cleaning problem, then the hotel will be great.

If I could, I would give you 10 stars! A wonderful hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful! They will answer all your questions! The breakfasts are good) It is not far from all the sights . Cozy , with panoramic Windows , smells delicious ) we had a deluxe (the bath is just a bomb) a good price for a comfortable stay! I recommend it!

The hotel is just for spending the night. There is nothing to do in it, it is located in some kind of "industrial" area. It's a long way to the sights. An old one. Plus- the breakfasts are excellent- at home! But there is no boiled coffee))

Excellent hotel and very attentive staff.We arrived in Samarkand at 6 a.m., and check-in at 14:00. We were given the keys and told to rest , we will arrange everything later . I am delighted , this is the attitude towards the guests.

There is no possibility of paying by card, although other hotels in the city accept the card without question. Here, you will be asked for cash dollars with a smart look.
The rooms are practically unheated, everything from the wind to the signals of local bombs can be heard from the windows.
Breakfast is a separate epic - sandwich and tea, no comments here.
The location is not good - far from the center and there are no decent shops or cafes nearby.
The staff is rude and considers themselves right in everything.
There is no ATM, porter or other charms listed on the site and has not been noticed.
I do not recommend it, if you have the opportunity to choose a Hotel, choose another one.

It's noisy to sleep, a busy intersection, cars honking day and night. The window in the toilet is floor to ceiling, unusual, as if in plain sight. The Wi-fi is very slow. Master cards are not accepted, only a visa.
