The hotel has a SPA. In fact, the spa is for a fee only. There is no restaurant or lobby in the hotel. The room stock is a very large room and the bathroom is large, but there is no fresh renovation. When we left, they asked us for a bar, but we didn't use it.

A middle-class hotel, there is no heat, water shortages, there is an opportunity to have lunch at a cafe nearby, the staff is friendly and courteous. I do not recommend it

Pros-nice area, close to the center. BUT!!!! 1) Denied the opportunity to check in earlier. 2) The room price at the time of payment differed from the booked price, of course, in a big way "because of the dollar exchange rate"Where am I going to turn around with 2 suitcases?! 3) The window in the room was broken and the receptionist tried to prove to me, "that this is normal, this is how it opens, it is not broken," I had to insist and show how it should open. 4) The room is almost not cleaned, and when trying to drink, I found the remains of juice in a dark glass, a nightmare!!! And unwashed mugs. There were no toiletries in the room upon check-in. 5) The towels are torn and torn. 6) Clean the room when it is convenient for the staff, not the guest. When asked to remove the room, they did not remove it, when asked why the administrator announced that at first from morning to 14h. the vacant rooms were cleaned, then the rest. The audacity amazed me. WHY IS THIS ATTITUDE IN YOUR HOTEL?! - The pool turned out to be dirty, a large beetle or cockroach turned out to be in the sauna during the inspection. - There is no bike rental, everything is broken, as I was told. WHY SPECIFY SERVICES ON THE SITE THAT DO NOT EXIST?! I came alone, I hate swearing and leaving bad reviews, but I am extremely outraged. - Oh, and one more thing. The bathroom floor, when I returned from the mountains, was just red-hot.
