A good hotel. The staff is polite, ready to help and pleasant to communicate with. Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere on the territory, but I agree with other reviews, it is weak in terms of speed. The breakfasts are good and the lunches and dinners are no worse. Not a very convenient location, but overall the level of service is decent. I will be glad to come here again 😊

It's a little far from the center. For an early check-in (from 7 a.m. local time), I had to pay 25,000 tenge (in rubles it is 5000₽) for locals, this is a huge amount of money! And despite this, the management, knowing about the early check-in, knowing that there would be three people, did not bother to check - not just the bed linen, but at least the availability of a blanket and pillow for the third guest. But no, there was no blanket, pillow, or linen. And we really wanted to sleep, we were waiting for these things before lunch, we had to cover ourselves with anything, but it was already autumn and it was quite cool in the room🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Communication with the reception through a whatsapp number, on which it is not clear at all whether someone sees your messages or not?
One of the advantages is delicious breakfasts. Which, unfortunately, became less and less tasty every day.

We lived in an apartment (the house behind the main building). Of the advantages:
Fresh renovation;
New furniture;
You can check in at any time of the day (this was the main criterion when choosing, we arrived in Astana at night, and the transfer was only in the evening).
Of the cons:
Terrible audibility, you can only get enough sleep with earplugs.

We were there for a couple of days in May of the 23rd year. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the private sector and the public transport stop is far away, the hotel itself is good. We lived on the third floor in a two-room suite. Clean, tidy, quiet. The water pressure is weak, you will not be able to wash quickly. There were breakfasts, not a buffet (scrambled eggs, tea, sandwich). I communicated only with the administrator, the attitude is restrained, but ordering a taxi, even several cars, is no problem. Where, how, and why were they prompted. They placed money, although they gave an old sample, which is no longer in use. It's good that they took these bills to the coffee shop, to the numismatist's collection (the bills were in good condition)

A suite was booked and paid for, we were provided with a room on a lower level. There is a puddle in the bathroom, which no one thought of wiping, no one tried to fix leaks. The Internet is a separate story. They say that it exists. They say that the password is the same for all networks, but in the end the Internet is weak only at the reception.
I didn't notice any special advantages. For less money, you can find better accommodation

The room is dirty, the ceiling was leaking. There is no sound insulation, in the next apartment from 5 a.m. the lady started yelling so much that it was impossible to sleep. The bedroom has no windows and is damp. Instead of a sofa, there was an iron bed. But there are all hygiene products, even a shaving kit, slippers. The passage to the apartments is through the stremny courtyard, in the main building where the reception is being renovated. Breakfast was included, but we ran away from there, didn't even try,

Astina. The hotel is not a large three-storey one, it clearly claims to be 3 stars. It is located in the outskirts of Astana. The room has a TV, a large double bed, many lockers, a sofa and a table with two chairs. Quite a decent toilet with a bathtub, a set of towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer, even disposable toothbrushes and shampoos. There are "disinfected" papers on the toilet, bathroom and sink. The linen is clean and white. There is even one pair of disposable white slippers! The room itself is large, the interior is not shabby. Although they write everywhere that the hotel is non-smoking, we got a smoky room. The hotel has its own small cafe, which serves dishes and is served by the same hotel administrator. Excellent Wi-Fi signal. Everything seemed to start well... The first bell rang when it turned out that the TV was not working, then in the cafe the administrator added 10% "for service" to the bill, to my puzzled question, she answered, they say I have to earn, while there is no service fee in the menu. It turned out that it was not possible to wash in the shower, the water is cold, then boiling water. In the morning, the walls turned out to be so thick that you can hear what is being said in the next room. When the neighbors slammed the doors, ours, for some reason, also shook. In the next room, they smoked so much that they were drawn down the corridor, but the administration did not react. And in general, not a bad hotel in a quiet place, not expensive, we spent two nights.

Room cleaning must be ordered by handing over the key, fines for soiled bed linen are prescribed in the price list. I got sick, sweated with a fever, stained my underwear with hair dye (I dyed my wet head) and then ran around in a panic, looking for a stain remover so as not to pay a horse fine. As for the water, this is generally a separate song - the faucet in one position gives out warm, then boiling water, followed by ice water. You can only take a bath. A small bathtub. Almost sedentary. There was no faucet in the bathroom, just a shower, I stepped on it with my foot to press it down a little, because the jet was pouring up when trying to pour the bathroom, the shower thread crunched sharply under my foot. Fortunately, there is also a FixPrice in Kazakhstan - I had to buy a shower harness there to avoid the same penalties. We came here on a business trip. Our colleagues have a double room with 2 beds, a sofa, a large bathroom, we got a double bed for the same money, a much smaller room, a small bathtub. The room we were offered in return was even smaller and worse than ours. Pay the same - which is a big question. I definitely do not recommend it

We arrived in December, (we were assured that they had installed a kind of new pump). But, as usual, it is very cold in the room, we slept dressed! And again, the same thing with water. Although everything is brand new and clean, but these two important points are not in favor of the hotel. Unfortunately, we will not go any more.

We spent the night from 17.04-18.04 and 20.04-21.04 2023. The most terrible hotel in my life. The rooms were booked and paid for by the company for a business trip. The hotel has confirmed the reservation. Upon arrival at the hotel at 21.00 pm, it turned out that this meant nothing and there were no rooms for us, because we were supposed to check in at 14.00. After yelling at us, the receptionist invited us (2 men and one girl) to spend the night in one room with a double bed and a sofa. In response to our demands to get a second room with the most terrible expression on our face, we were given the keys to the second room. On the way back from a business trip (we arrived from the airport at 20.30), the story repeated itself. We were told that THERE are NO AVAILABLE ROOMS!!!! It was suggested to wait until 22.30, after which someone would move out, wash the room and give us the keys. The rooms are smoky, stuffy, the smell of dampness and rottenness from linen and towels. I spent the night without undressing, did not use the shower, it was very dirty and black mold. There are no complaints about breakfast, they will be fed at any time. It seemed that the rooms were rented for an hour or two for pleasure.
