Basically a good hotel and good service. Separate entrances for cars for visitors on the ground floor. Breakfast is included. The only thing is that the furniture is a little tired and the walls are too thin. During my presence, there were noisy Chinese people with me, and I could hear them clearly through the wall. A wonderful hotel!!!
It is clean, cozy, the staff is very polite, the breakfasts are excellent, the dining room is very clean, there is an individual parking lot in front of each room assigned to your hotel room. It is a 16-minute drive from the hotel to Karaganda airport, which is very important👌

In general, everything is very good, but there are a couple, three disadvantages, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, which causes insects to settle at night when ventilated, there is no air conditioning, in the center of Kazakhstan, this is significant, and the third is poorly cleaned (not cleaned at all) shower drain, which makes you stand 10 cm away water . This is a motel - you can come by car, parking is next to the room. There are breakfasts, a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs, tea, 3-in-1 coffee, yoghurts. The rooms have a clean bed and towels, not a very depressed mattress. There is an anti-mosquito net. A shower set, a brush, soap - these are all advantages. Minus one is the dirty, terrible light carpet, all in old stains, an unpleasant smell, sticky surfaces of the table, bedside tables, dirty shower, dripping from the tap, water goes badly. Something has to be done about it!

On June 12, 2024, we stayed at the hotel for the night - transit through Kazakhstan. Number 104. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is black mold in the shower around the perimeter, the toilet does not flush well. Black mold is also present on the windows. We were tired and went to bed, and in the morning I saw that the linen was not fresh (to put it mildly), someone else's hair was in bed and the linen was not the first freshness. I turned to the administrator, which they told me I should have contacted - but before you give me the key, the room must be prepared and clean, while the bed was made properly or I don't understand something... It's very unpleasant. I don't know who is writing you positive reviews, I have an absolutely opposite opinion.

A very average guest house. Audibility is like people walking around talking in your room. The toilet was not fixed.
