Terrible center!!!!!! My sister was taken to the Astghik Medical Center with acute intestinal pains. And the milking of money began. Not to tell for a long time - about 126,000 thousand.drams were taken for analysis. The analyses are all wrong. My sister has diabetes and psoriasis. An X-ray was prescribed and she was sent home to clean her intestines at her own expense (the medicine cost 4000 rubles.) The next day, with her intestines cleaned, the sister herself came back for an X-ray.The X-ray showed nothing, because the medicine prescribed by the doctor of the same center was not completely cleared. The verdict is as follows----NO PATHOLOGIES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED. Without hesitation, my sister was changed into operating clothes and taken for an intestinal operation . Suddenly a dermatologist appeared from somewhere and announced in front of everyone that my sister had scabies. My sister was taken back .The surgeon asked other specialist doctors over the phone. They told him that if there was scabies, then the surgeon could not get infected during the operation, but would get infected with bandages in the future. To which the surgeon replied. And I'm going to operate on her and I'm going to send her home in the morning.Notice!!!!!!The patient has diabetes mellitus. And the doctor will send you away after the operation. Anyway, they sent for a document where it will be written that my sister does not have scabies. And the dermatologist informed her that even if she brings a negative test response for scabies, she does not need a document. I quote her words - Even if you bring me a certificate that you are healthy, YOU STILL HAVE SCABIES. The dermatologist at the Asthic Medical Center does not distinguish psoriasis from SCABIES. PEOPLE!!!!!!!!Run away!!!Visit other hospitals, centers, and medical clinics. But not there.Fortunately, my sister went to another hospital and had an operation. It turned out that she had a gut with two cracks and an inflamed hemorrhoid. Shame. There are just no words.I do not write names, positions or surnames, since I am in RUSSIA. And as for the moral and physical damage, we will still fight.
Disgusting medical center and disgusting staff. It feels like animals are working there, not people. And these people took the Hippocratic oath. Everyone will receive their punishment from God.
Pros:
Courtesy of the staff
Cons (they are characteristic of almost every medical institution in Armenia):
1. Lack of shoe covers and wardrobe (street shoes and outerwear are carriers of bacteria, infections and viruses!)
2. There is no order, culture, queues (chaos)
3. Negligent attitude to the treatment and sterile rooms! How is it permissible to enter the treatment room in outerwear?!!!! Or did they wait in the procedural turn while the previous one was being taken away?!!!
4. There are no informative posters, tables on the walls, which leads to constant questions from the Staff!
5. And a number of other comments that I would have excluded if I had access to the Armenian government
You see, with every action aimed at improving the system, it is necessary to make life easier for the people!
