Great location, just a stunning view from the window, a very tasty variety of breakfasts. The staff speaks English very poorly, all communication is through a translator. They don't pull on the claiming 5🌟, but they try. In the room there is soap/shower gel/shampoo, toothbrush/paste. Only 2 towels, no disposable slippers. There is tea and coffee, no sugar. Wi-Fi catches perfectly. On the ground floor there is a playground for children, billiards In general, I liked everything

Great hotel. In a convenient location: a little away from noisy places, but everything can be reached within 10-15 minutes. Nice rooms, no balcony, yes, but for some reason during the whole vacation there was not even any regret about it, excellent breakfasts. There are 2 restaurants, you can choose. I liked it, I will recommend it. It's certainly not chic and luxurious, but it's good. If I went there, I would stay there again

Great hotel. Nice spacious room, new furniture, daily cleaning. Friendly staff. There were people at the reception desk who understood Russian from time to time, or always offered a translator on the phone to understand each other. The location is also good, there is a beach across the street. Breakfasts are also good on the principle of a buffet (you can have a hearty meal (for an amateur), and in a traditional way (fried eggs, yogurt, cereals, bread, butter, cheese, sausage, fruits, etc.). It is located on the central street, near the ATM of the Russian-Vieinam bank, where you can withdraw money using the Mir Sberbank card. There are also Sapphire shops nearby, where you can change money (the most profitable course).

I stayed at this hotel from November 18 to December 01, 2023. The room is a Premier Deluxe class! A very interesting architectural and design solution. Stunning view from the 24th floor of the sea and the city from the panoramic window and balcony. The bed is huge, comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. Cosmetics, water, tea, coffee were replenished as needed.
As for breakfast, you can always have a hearty and varied breakfast, even for European tastes.
Special thanks to the reception staff. The manager is very nice and polite, speaks Russian, and the staff has good English. Issues that arise are always resolved promptly. And in general, all the staff is friendly - from maids and cleaners to security staff.
I recommend this hotel, the price - quality corresponds.
Wishes for the hotel: some towels need to be replaced (threads sticking out); beach towels (green) should be changed to blue (like by the pool).

We checked into this hotel for a couple of weeks, located on the first line, our room was on the 26th floor, and on the 27th there was a swimming pool, delicious wraps, daily cleaning, good location of the hotel near all the necessary infrastructure, so I boldly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in a room on the 10th floor, I recommend booking specifically 1011, I think that the best view opens from it.
The bed is large, comfortable, the room was cleaned daily, only on the last day we no longer had cash for the maids and the room was cleaned differently from the tip)))due to the fact that I worked in the hotel industry, I paid attention to the nuances: after cleaning, dark hair is often on the floor (I'm blonde), I think the maids should clean their hair.
When checking out, pay attention to the fact that the room is accepted for a long time, at least 10 minutes (+ a queue of people leaving).
The hotel is not new, it can be seen from some nuances, but cleanliness takes its toll, and the view completely covers all the "but".

We were on the top floor in one of the rooms "on an excursion" with friends, the view on the balcony is amazing...The price for this room shocked me even more....
