A good rental car company . The car park is in good condition, the staff is sociable and professional. It's a little inconvenient location, but if you drive up by taxi, then it's normal. Scooters don't work there. Otherwise, we are satisfied, I advise everyone as reliable partners!

The car I rented was new, in excellent technical condition, and fully met my expectations. I rented a car for a day. They gave me a relatively clean car + 1/6 gasoline. I gave it in the same state of purity + 3/6 gasoline. I spent at most an hour in the car, but when I handed over, the managers began to cling to me for some ashes in the cabin. There was a very unpleasant conversation, we were looking for something to find fault with. I had to explain for a long time that I do not smoke and I could not leave ashes there, they began to press, which means I handed over the steering wheel. In general, the company is trying to get your money out after the lease at any cost.
I spent 30 minutes to transmit the video that was made when transferring the steering wheel. It turned out that the ashes were already in the cabin.
The managers found fault with the dirty mats, but everything is "under contract", and I had to pay 3000 tenge for the sink.
In general, an unpleasant experience with this company, if you do not want to spoil your impression, then I advise you to contact other car rental companies.
