I decided to undergo diagnostics in Astana Vision because they advertised a lot and left good reviews on social networks. But I didn't like everything. I left a form at the reception and was asked to sit. None of the employees approached me for 40 minutes (12.08.2023). To clarify the reason for the long wait, I began to ask the employees. And it turns out they put my form aside and forgot (08/12/2023). But then, of course, one of the employees quickly checked the device for everything. It was my turn to see the doctor, I had pterygium (a growth of meat). But for some reason the doctor wanted me to have an operation to correct my vision. It turns out that the correction operation costs 450 thousand, and the removal of pterygium is only 50 thousand. The question is asked, why should I impose another operation, when first of all I need to remove the growth. I left, saying that I would think about it. After some time, I called to make an appointment for the removal of pterygium, the call center said that the doctor would contact me himself. 2 weeks have passed, and I have not waited for a call. For myself, I concluded that I was only interested in the amount of the operation. Interestingly, if I signed up for a correction for half a million, I would also wait 2 weeks for a call from a doctor. No one from the clinic has called to this day.

Делали операцию бабушке. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал начиная с call центра и заканчивая мед.персоналом. Наш врач Ания Бекбулатовна, огромное ей спасибо! Всё понятно и доступно объясняла, на все вопросы были даны подробные ответы. Есть все необходимое оборудование для диагностики проблем.

I went to other doctors, they examined me normally, prescribed glasses for astegmatism and second glasses for working at a computer, since it was impossible to do with glasses alone. Всем добрый день! Был приятно удивлен организацией приема и посещения клиники. Во первых просторный зал ожидания, несколько стоек для первичной регистрации, два этажа зал осмотра, мягкие кресла между осмотрами, особенно когда 40 минут ожидаешь после приема капель. В целом остался доволен сервисом, врачами и средним медицинским персоналом.

Тут отлично проверяют зрение, полная диагностика. За это и ценю их. Нужно заранее записываться на прием. Внутри чисто, уютно, медсестры и врачи вежливые.
