We lived in a suite, very nice, furnished, bathroom - everything is fine. There were bathrobes in the room, and sanitary supplies too. The WiFi was working. Of the surprises - the toilet tank was filled with boiling water and flushed, respectively, too)) the window was probably loose and the wind whistled, but it was heated perfectly, it was hot even in the room. A separate topic is the restaurant. The portions are huge and quite inexpensive. The breakfast is very hearty and varied. I highly recommend the hotel

A two-bed room was rented. The bathroom is not very good, everything is cracked and there is mold. There is no table to work or eat. There were two bottles of beer with poured water in the minibar, they tried to cram it in at the exit. It is not possible to pay for several days at once.

Huge rooms in the "royal" style - carved and painted beds and wardrobes: Some of them are so big that you can't see the TV from the bed. The loggia (where there is) is completely empty, but the area of the squares is 20. The Windows overlook the road, so in the morning, whether you want to or not, you will hear the road and taxi drivers who have chosen the parking lot near the hotel for their business. The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad. Delicious and varied. Some rooms have an electric sauna in the bathroom but it does not work. Cupboards are also not entirely clear why they are in the rooms. Polite staff at the reception. Viva cafe is nearby and you can order in the room, the food is delicious but the price tags bite. Which is very unpleasant for Shymkent. It's cheaper to go to any other restaurant in the city. There are smaller rooms in the hotel, which I consider much more comfortable than large ones. I never recommend taking the first floor at all. The rooms there are tiny and very different from the second and third floors.

The conder is Chinese, you can guess where to poke, what to regulate the temperature and flow. And it's all in the suite)) At the reception, a nice adequate girl. There are smokers and non-smokers in the rooms, please check upon check-in. And well, the atmosphere, as if the owner of the house had dragged everything unnecessary and left it here. It is positioned as 4 stars, but it is not even one star. It does not match either the situation or the level of service, the kitchen, or any parameter. There is no food nearby and no real food to buy. The "restaurant" in the hotel itself is open only for breakfast. The only plus is near the airport, you can stay overnight if you transit in Shymkent.
