Returning from the Borovoe vacation, on the way back with friends we stopped for lunch! Having already entered the hall of the Astana restaurant, the Nuras were pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere: a waterfall. Pit. The samovar . Very clean and tidy! Polite service staff. Muted music. Beautifully set table and dishes. The food is very tasty. Salads. Morses. We will definitely stop at the restaurant again on our next trip. I highly recommend the rest of you to visit there!

A good cafe, almost a restaurant. We tried kharcho, manta rays, shurpa, cradles. Everything is delicious, the portions are average. I especially liked the tea and dessert. The tips are included in the bill (10%).

It's just terrible! How can you be called a restaurant! Why mislead people? The service suffers, the waiter does not know the menu well. We were sitting on the second floor with no music, no appliances, piled furniture nearby, a dry Christmas tree. We ordered mutton and it doesn't chew. The flatbread was never brought to the shurpa, but it was added to the bill))). A very strange and dubious establishment.

It does not reach the level of a restaurant. You can't even name a cafe. The room needs renovation. The menu is for three. One plus is the polite waitress, who was alone and there was not enough of her for everyone. It is noticeable that the owner of the establishment saves on everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I'll start with a good one, the location is good, there is a place where you can park your car in the shade. Interior decoration, bridges, waterfall, etc. The whole experience was ruined by the food and service. Maybe we didn't get the dishes and had to order something oriental. I would like to start with the restaurant: It was stuffy on the 2nd floor, ventilation is not provided because it is combined with the hotel, an annex to the hotel building, meals for 3+.
Now about the hotel: a junior suite on the 2nd floor costs 12000 tenge. a day, because I was very tired, I checked in without even looking closely at the room. When I woke up an hour later, I saw this nightmare: dust in the room everywhere on the window sills, the casket, on the bed, hair everywhere on the floor, chewing gum was lying between the shelves in the toilet the trash can was not taken out. There was no cleaning done during the course after the customers. The service is not at the proper level. There is no work done with the staff, there is no code. Sovdepovskaya furniture. In the evening, I wanted to order dinner in the room, but unfortunately the phone did not work, while I was sorting out the kitchen was already closed, in a word, I went to bed hungry. I attach a photo of the room, maybe you will see dust, hair, etc. The rug probably hasn't been wiped for 2 years.
Positive, it worked Wi-Fi, even though I sat on the Internet.
The management has a lot to work on. My resume has an average score of 2 points.
